Dawkins I kinda understand sneaking by but Higgins shaking the cobwebs out after slamming his head on the turf after just coming off a concussion seems very strange and he got pulled and returned yet another time after that 😂 Can’t even remember Dawkins doing anything super indicative of being concussed but I guess the independent neuro folks saw something

I’d kinda understand this but it seems like some teams sneak guys by the independent neuros while other teams can’t it’s bizarre lol feels like only certain teams are allowed to let their players risk their brains

I mean I don’t think record against kc at arrowhead in the playoffs is any kind of predictor of how the bills would look against 2025 Denver/NE in the playoffs and that’s the vast majority of our road playoff losses. That was the main point. the Houston point was just a bonus round lol

This winless stat still kinda makes me chuckle…the only teams we’ve seen on the road are kc who virtually no one beats at arrowhead in the playoffs barring a historic mahomes second half meltdown and a Houston team where the nfl admitted to blowing a critical call taking us out of game winning fg range.

The dolphins are sneakily not horrible so you never know…I don’t think they’re good but they’re well within the ‘any given Sunday’ range and McDaniel is coaching for his job Dolphins probably should’ve beat the pats last time they lost by achane having a toe out of bounds

Insane coming off a concussion he re entered the game twice. I have zero faith in the concussion protocol after this game they must just tank their baseline tests or something

I don’t think these old timers realize how big a deal being a dual threat qb is. Joe burrow is an insane thrower of the football but can’t do even half of what mahomes/josh can under pressure. These dlines are getting crazy good and olines keep getting worse in the modern nfl too

Any playoff predictor I’ve played with has resulted in the kc-Houston game doing pretty much nothing to our odds if we win 10+ games the big one seems to be eagles-chargers in all these calculator things

I’m still on the Houston winning train…if you need help to get into the playoffs with 10 wins because you couldn’t beat one of pats-eagles-browns in a must win game I doubt youre makin noise in the playoffs anyway. what could make a huge difference though is if they finish the season strong and kc doesn’t make it

Yea maybe I didn’t know Higgins’ game well I didn’t know he was like this haha but they could’ve gotten him for opi a bunch of times and they do seem to be calling that more frequently this year I wonder how close the league will look at how his concussion protocol was handled

Still think that dpi on taron was nonsense…looked like the receiver pulled him down to prevent an INT…I can’t fathom how cincy wasn’t called once for offensive holding but can’t say I saw any super obvious ones from the broadcast angle so you never know

Pats do on division record if they don’t lose one more division game on top of losing to us so the dolphins need to show up. AFC loss wise I think we’d be ahead by a game in that scenario where h2h and division record is tied. Pats would have 4 losses all afc we’d have 3 afc losses and one nfc

Probably picks up the first if he doesn’t get obviously facemasked tbh. Usually a facemask is on a tackle that’s gonna get made anyway but I’m not sure that one was I think the idea was to get 6+ yards and go for it there

Idk that it’s that as much as it’s maybe the ravens turn it on at some point. Steelers feel like a low floor but pretty low ceiling kind of solid team

As great of a pure passer as he is I really think you gotta be dual threat these days. Those few plays we pressured him (lol) he looked pretty listless and they would get ravaged by a good dline if bosa played I don’t think that game is close granted they were out Hendrickson also

TBD highlight of the year was everyone saying ‘don’t just run up the middle here you have to throw’ then after the sack everyone saying WHAT ARE YOU DOING JUST RUN UP THE MIDDLE 😂
