If they filled the coordinator spots internally I’d come closer to agreeing but this is kinda a seismic shift tbh. This is the most new blood they’ve had at coaching spots in years and I feel like Brady is very different than mcd vibes-wise

Udinski would’ve been a lateral move so he likely wouldn’t have gone. He doesn’t call plays but he is the OC Id go for experience at both coordinator positions tbh. Carmichael is an exponentially more experienced Davis Webb

It’s impossible to know either way…even if you don’t love somebody I’m sure you don’t want to contribute to them losing their job. Or he coulda loved playin for him or anything in between those two things

Oline rankings are alllll over the place in general it’s pretty interesting. I think Pft puts out an oline ranking too and it’s almost opposite of the PFF ones for some teams 😂

I’m kinda confused why anyone would have a problem with his demeanor. I’m sure the common sentiment was ‘we want a different attitude/energy in the building than mcd’ if you get another even keeled ‘it’s all about the process/having high moral character/do everything by the book’ guy it’s less likely anything changes

I don’t think mcd and josh had much of a relationship at all tbh and he reportedly loves brady. I really expected more players to come out of the woodwork for mcd but it was just the guys where their career is gonna take a huge hit without mcd around. I was a don’t fire mcd this year guy but I’ve made the opposite journey than what’s happening with you it seems like which is kinda funny 😂
