  1. stats only tell part of the story…josh Allen carried that team his rookie year. What an awful roster that was. He made Robert foster look like an all star. Tua feels like he’s just a facilitator in the dolphins wins. I think Miami pulling tua for Fitzpatrick when games were on the line is just about all you need to know about tua. I’ll be shocked if they don’t at least draft a qb to compete with him for the starting job next season lol at had a chance to beat him twice during the regular season. Down 5 without the football isn’t even remotely close to winning the game. Pats forced 0 punts against the bills the last two games it’s not like that was an isolated incident lol. Bills objectively outplayed the pats by a ton in that second regular season matchup…we lost 14 points on dropped wide open tds. Score did not indicate how lopsided that game was
  2. The center/ right side of their oline is still terrible…they signed an often injured LT who’s pretty much just a bandaid because teams will just hammer the right side of their oline. Maybe they’ll use their 2023 draft capital to move up in this years draft…if not it’s gonna take them a few years to plug up some obvious holes and likely coach up a new qb
  3. Tough to tell what the holes are…depends on how well the pass rush performs. Corner is a huge need if we’re gonna do the ol get close to bringing down a qb but not close enough thing again 🤣
  4. Lol it kind of feels that way 🤣 you don’t trade a receiver within the division if you think he has any sort of actual value. the dolphins kind of confuse me…seems like theyre caught in the pickle of trying to be kind of competitive now vs potentially being great a few years from now. We were in a similar situation and it kind of worked out for us but a lot of that is due to josh
  5. Our over/under seems like it’s conservative because of the apparent difficulty of the schedule on paper. I could def see 12-5 though once the games are played. We won 11 last year despite being like 0-7 in one score games Bills on paper are better than the packers imo…I could see us being small favorites in both those games.
  6. I’ve been saying it since the tyreek trade…there just aren’t enough targets to go around to keep those three guys involved in the offense. Parker’s production would’ve dropped off a cliff tuas not super strong at going through progressions yet either He’s definitely a big name that has underwhelmed for a few years…the average fan probably pins it on tua holding him back though so people might be afraid a change of scenery to NE will do him good
  7. Spread out the damage at least…two ok teams and one bad team in the division rather than one good team and two bad ones lol
  8. My favorite is the pats fans bragging about Kraft privately funding Gillette stadium for a couple hundred million…that stadium is getting pretty dated and there’s no way that dude is dropping 1.5 billion out of his pocket when it’s time for their next stadium
  9. This describes like half of all construction projects to be fair 😂 the budget includes record setting infrastructure and healthcare expenditures
  10. A lot of the talk on Reddit is ‘why didn’t they use that money in some sort of infrastructure plan’….the budget includes a 5 year 306 billion dollar infrastructure plan 😂 if you deduct the 550 million tax revenue from the lawsuit the state could fund like 1500 bills stadiums with that money haha there just isn’t a lot of context in these articles about the stadium…I don’t think people know how huge these budgets really are
  11. That’s exactly what I told them 😂 but facts do not matter on the internet
  12. There’s a meme floating around that nys had to cut childrens programs to pay for the new stadium. I’m going to be in a twitter war just for sharing this indisputable fact that 600 million is already payed for
  13. I think he’s saying they were already getting this revenue in previous seasons so you’re adding a new cost in the funding for the stadium without adding new revenue because people were already going to games/players were paying salaries before
  14. Might have hurt us if they called that in hindsight 😂 we used the clock ‘perfectly’ and should’ve scored the game winning td lol
  15. I still don’t think so after arguing about this topic all of last season 😂 josh threw the ball into the wind in a hurricane just fine…no other human could do that. I do think the one field wind will be minimized in this new stadium though
  16. Someone in one of the 400 dome vs open air threads had a really nice explanation of how they messed up the wind modeling in the current stadium and I can’t remember which thread it was 😂
  17. I have no idea and this is going to be a pointless post that you should read at your own risk but I’m gonna say some of the seating areas are covered lol
  18. He def heard rumors about all these qbs jumping ship to the afc and thought he had a good shot at one more superbowl
  19. Well the path to the Super Bowl is significantly easier in the NFC for starters…the dolphins also have a lot of weaknesses on the defensive side and some big holes on the oline still
  20. I’m saying the bucs plus Brady have a much better chance than the dolphins plus Brady.
  21. Brady is interested in super bowl wins and Miami is nowhere close to Tampas odds of winning a super bowl.
  22. Their offense will be improved but man the dolphins and pats basically standing pat on defense is an absolute head scratcher. tuas worse than a scrub for that franchise imo…I don’t mean talent wise but he’s that in betweener where you just don’t know if you should move on from him or not.
  23. I’ve been trying to find the 2021 futures odds and it looks like the rams were third behind the chiefs and bucs
  24. I wouldn’t take it as gospel obviously but their low rating even post tyreek trade is a result of them having tons of holes and a lot less picks to fill them with. I don’t think ramping up to win a shootout with josh Allen is the best franchise strategy. Tua will definitely improve but he will need to be otherworldly.
  25. They’d still have 3 gigantic holes on the offensive line…even with Brady they’d struggle…no way he’d leave Tampa for that
