They did absolutely nothing to address slowing down josh Allen…that defense has been ‘good on paper’ for years now and we still light them up 90% of the time. Tua is not winning a shootout against josh Allen throwing the ball 5 yards down the field to combat our pass rush. This trade was great for us

Has anybody checked in on the pats message board? Feels like the whole AFC got better but them lol still think they’ll get 2nd in the afc east over the dolphins though

Lol he’s tua dreadful + 1…the lesser’s of two evils 😂 tua isn’t even rated highly and he’s still the most overrated player I’ve ever seen.

Tua will be a mediocre backup by midseason…bridgewater is getting that job eventually…there’s just too much on the line for them now for the tua experiment to be given time

I think cincy is a bit of a one year wonder sadly…I’d be surprised if Baltimore doesn’t win that division. They had like 40 guys on IR and were still very competitive

Jimmy g is buoyed by one of the best running game play callers in nfl history…Miami will be bringing in a whole new system for their mediocre qb who looked shaky in the last one.

I’m not so sure…devante Parker has always struck me as a guy that’s never as good as he’s supposed to be and the jury is still out on waddle. Gabe Davis has done some ridiculous things even in his short career so far and he still seems criminally underrated for whatever reason. Crowder has had as much success as either Parker or waddle has so far

On paper their defense has been great for a couple years and we still blow them out every time lol

People only care about sacks lol it’s criminal…an edge rusher could force a qb to throw the ball away every play and single handedly hold their opponent to 0 points and people would say they’re trash cuz they had no sacks 😂

Idk man watch his playoff highlights…he beats his blocker pretty much every single snap. I think he’s underrated if anything lol I don’t think even the excited people are excited enough. He also only got half a season with Aaron Donald where he was learning a new defensive scheme mid season..we’ll never know but he likely would’ve been well into the double digit sack totals with a full season on the rams. I think if you want to root against this signing your only hope is he gets injured…von miller is about as sure of a thing as it gets when healthy. Dude is in the backfield instantly…really cuts down on your opponents ability to run deep routes down the field when he’s not piling up the sacks.

I really am quite shocked there’s any objection to this signing amongst bills fans lol it is an absolute no brainer. Who could we draft/sign in any free agencies in the near future that could make anywhere near as big of an impact as von. We’re not getting top 10 picks every year anymore 😂

I’m kind of bittersweet we didn’t trade for him last year now…we saved some picks but Im pretty sure we would’ve won it all last year with von on board

The contract is designed specifically with that in mind lol the extra years are to help the bills by giving them wiggle room for cap hits and whatnot…both sides know he likely will not play that long

It wasn’t even a good point before the von signing 😂 we were a late meltdown plus unlucky coin flip away from likely waltzing into the super bowl lol ‘making the playoffs every year and getting beat’ was a wild stretch. I think we were tied for best odds to win the superbowl pre free agency

People only look at sack totals…they don’t watch highlights. You’re gonna see a lot of ‘he had an average amount of sacks’ lol

Right he will absolutely be worth 17 million this and next season but even if he hits 35 and cools off it’s still well worth it imo

It’s the swing for the fences super bowl winning type move…if we traded for him last season we probably win it all…huge move for the first couple years at the cost of maybe a reach overpay in year 3…completely worth it in my opinion.
