  1. Yes that is a very impressive regular season resume, you will find no argument here about that. but his playoff legacy is 0 tds and a ball clanking off him for an INT in the titans game and getting a ball punched out this year as well as a bunch of drops over the course of his 8 playoff games.. he’s every bit of ‘completely different player come playoff time’ as Lamar is if not more so
  2. Idk that it makes a massive difference but I haven’t seen it mentioned here yet (maybe I missed it lol) Kincaid only played in 13 games this year regular season…seems worth noting
  3. Dalton Kincaid was drafted last year and already has more playoff tds than Andrews and only 150 less receiving yards to be fair. It ain’t one rough game for andrews in the playoffs, he’s mostly a nonfactor Andrews played a pivotal role in the ravens blowing their divisional game as the 1 seed a few years ago too
  4. We did essentially ‘13 seconds’ them in 2022 I’ve head that puts you on the naughty list 😂
  5. He’s the 6th ranked TE in PFF 😂 figured sharing that fact would really spice up the debate lol
  6. They don’t…sometimes it takes that long to come up with a good counterpunch though and I really don’t think Lamar was prepared for the extra linebacker and all the blitzes. I really don’t believe Harbaugh had a good week of preparation or a particularly good night of gameday coaching. He got there eventually but it took way too long
  7. IF we win I don’t think it’ll be that close which feels weird to say lol. A win likely means we dominated in the trenches which seems to be how I’m seeing the game matchup wise but I could absolutely be wrong 😂 if we can’t do that mahomes/kelce will absolutely pull something out of their butt and win the game lol
  8. Yea idk…this feels like a game the bills will be able to run and stop the run. KCs big impact playmakers seem to skew more to slowing down the passing game whether it be pass coverage or Chris jones rushing the passer and they have to be able to stop the run to give those guys a chance to make plays. the bills were running effectively on two teams that really nobody runs on to the point where Sean Payton pretty much admitted ‘yo I don’t understand how that happened’ in his press conference haha and kc has looked a little bit leaky in their rush defense as of late some of those late runs that got bottled up by Baltimore were there we just had a few execution errors. I think when people see a run fail they assume it was a bad call but a handful of them down the stretch weren’t.. and on top of all that, outside of the goal line sequence passes outnumbered runs pretty significantly in that second half and quite a few times josh looked to push it deep but ended up settling for a check down that went for a decent gain and kept everything on schedule
  9. Brown,Milano,Kincaid, and Coleman were out
  10. I think people aren’t factoring in that there were so few drives in the second half.. that Kincaid drop/not great throw whatever you want to call it and TE screen audible killed half the second half drives. Compare that to like the eagles/rams game that ended in a pretty similar score where each team had 7-8 second half drives.
  11. This might spark a debate with our resident chiefs fans haha but I think the missing player additions assuming Milano is good to go is at worst a wash. We were down Milano, spencer brown (huge) Kincaid and Coleman (not as huge but still pretty meaningful) Milano and brown have been two of the best guys on the field for us the last two weeks
  12. I still think damar intercepts that ball the vast majority of the time if it’s the play I’m thinking of, Lamar definitely got away with one there I don’t think he saw Hamlin at all. Probably should give them that Andrews fumble back and add an INT as far as getting it closer to ‘what should’ve happened’ goes lol
  13. People are not remembering this correctly imo…the ‘vibe’ of the second half doesn’t really match what actually happened.. the second half ended up being somewhere in the 15 passes vs 13 runs ish range assuming I’m counting correctly and a lot of that was skewed by 5 straight runs leading up to/during the goal line sequence which if I’m understanding correctly people wanted runs still just sneaks instead of that shotgun run on the final play. Outside of that it was throws for the vast majority of the second half, we just shot ourselves in the foot throwing the ball in a few big spots
  14. That holding call was absolutely massive momentum wise. I think the call itself was for sure worse than the Tre white call but both were definitely bad
  15. It seems like they selected the ref the chiefs have a mediocre record with to avoid any possible controversy so you never know. I think it’s gonna be a classic no flags game with both sides absolutely manhandling eachother lol
  16. I still don’t really see this after going through the game again. Lots of execution issues in the second half…the offense didn’t really fundamentally change between halves at all though to my eye there were only 4 total offensive drives outside of the game sealer, one was killed by a missed connection to Kincaid, one was killed by Josh probably reading the defense right but having false confidence in Knox to pick up that first on the TE screen audible, one was killed by what looked to me to be a pretty big hold of Shakir although maybe it’s uncatchable, the goal line sequence is certainly questionable but we valued taking that 8 point lead. I don’t think we ever doubled up on runs on any series of downs.. looked like Baltimore committed more resources to slowing down the run as their second half adjustment which probably should’ve made throwing easier we just weren’t connecting. Some of it was your classic playoff grabby defense which maybe we benefited from a bit too
  17. This is exactly the kind of ‘grass is greener’ stuff I’m talking about. In your mind the SF defense played good and the offense let them down and the bills offense was high flying and let down by their defense? Final scores last year: Chiefs: 27 Bills: 24 Chiefs: 25 49ers: 22 let’s just talk about how those three teams/hcs have fared against mahomes+kc that you implied are upgrades: Shanahan: 0-5 career vs kc 0-2 playoffs Taylor: 3-3 career vs kc 1-1 playoffs **lost last 3 (1 playoff game) and fired DC Harbaugh: 1-5 career vs kc. 0-1 playoffs rolling those stats up into one, the teams you mentioned are 4-13 against KC (1-4 playoffs). Just Harbaugh and Shanahan are 1-10 against them and even that one win was awfully lucky. KC more or less had it sealed up and fumbled the game away. Those 3 dudes combined have as many wins against KC in the mahomes era as just McD lol. In the last two years, they are 0-7 and mcd is 2-1 with a shot at 3-1 it absolutely boggles my mind they get talked up with regards to kc and that some people around here have enough confidence in a completely unproven first time head coach to fire pretty much the only guy having any kind of success against kc in the league 😂 Reid would laugh his a** off if the bills fired mcd this year lol
  18. I just can’t understand this with the chiefs doing absolutely historic things to every coach in the nfl come playoff time. If it was just mcd with the issue I 100% get it. Let’s say for arguments sake they beat the bills and threepeat this year against the eagles. That would put them at 18-3 in the mahomes era in the playoffs with the only loss in regulation being against the Bucs in the superbowl. Clearly if you’re gonna beat them it is pretty much assured it’s gonna be a ridiculously close game that could go either way much like the last two playoff games we played against them and all of the recent regular season ones. The head coaches responsible for 2 of those 3 wins are retired and the third is Zac Taylor lol like where is this head coach coming from that’s gonna flip the script? In fact, I think a big part in Ben Johnson taking the bears job was to stay in the NFC to avoid the chiefs. if you take out the 4 bills games(assuming we lose this one and they win the Super Bowl) the chiefs would be 14-3 still, and do we really think the ravens would’ve had more luck based on their history vs kc? I doubt it. Baltimore won one fluky game against them where the chiefs fumbled away the game in gw field goal range and lost the rest.
  19. I’ve said a similar thing about broncos fans saying that so I’ve gotta apply this to the bills too. There’s just no such thing as ‘I’m happy with where they made it’ to me. Buffalo will likely always come in as the 2 seed having to get past KC at arrowhead, much like Denver will always come in as a 6/7 seed having to go on the road the whole way. KC isn’t going anywhere and they get to draft players/make moves in free agency too. the bills already do beat them in the regular season and since nobody else can really do it with any consistency it’s not enough to flip the seeding at some point you’ve gotta win this exact game, it’s not gonna get a whole lot easier. KC only has some exploitable holes because they uncharacteristically whiffed on a few OT picks/free agency acquisitions.
  20. Yea I think we swapped them in because they were fresh and fresh did not outrank talent in that moment haha watchin Baltimore pancake the entire dline was wild. A couple of those plays there wasn’t even a passrusher standing 😂 somehow it sort of worked out accidentally because I don’t think we were stopping them in 4 down territory and they scored so fast there was plenty of time left for our offense
  21. It’s so funny because I said the EXACT same thing as you about Denver’s defense overall leading up to the bills game haha so I definitely wasn’t talking about total defense I gotta say I feel like the chiefs fans on here are some of the best opposing fan posters we have, I felt kind of bad I insulted one by accident lol
  22. I’m reading between the lines here and could be entirely wrong, but if it was scheme related I don’t think mcd would want to openly admit that. I’m leaning not injury related but it’s a guess obviously. could be that Milano was absolutely gassed from chasing Lamar down all night
  23. How many times have two playoff teams played eachother 4 times in a 5 year span out of curiosity. just the collision course these two teams are on every year feels historic before you even get to results
  24. This id at least understand but why do we get hit with BS penalties when we’re about to open up the game against scrub teams pretty consistently lol. Felt like it was happening every week
  25. Even when they say certainly individual calls are right they are incorrect, because these supposed ‘right’ calls aren’t called both ways
