  1. Allen is clearly better than Jackson at playoff football, which is what matters. But Josh's turnovers are mentioned nationally because they are too high. His interception rate has been increasing. 2018: 10 TD, 12 INT 2019: 20 TD, 9 INT 2020: 37 TD, 10 INT 2021: 36 TD, 15 INT 2022: 35 TD, 14 INT 2023: 29 TD, 18 INT I hope he bounces back this season and throws 40 TDs and 10 INTs.
  2. All our backups have looked really bad in the Josh era. Very unlike Frank Reich in the Kelly times. Josh is truly carrying our whole offense. You see it by how all our backups struggle.
  3. Wasn't he a national champion wrestler? Enough said.
  4. Ah, I didn't realize. I thought it was interesting Peyton said "quarterbacks need to be coached hard, that's good for them," bringing up Andy Reid and Mahomes.
  5. Herbert number two is a joke. Two has to be Allen or Burrow.
  6. Love that he has these dreams. Mind and unconscious is in the right place.
  7. Not before Josh is at least 33
  8. So so sad. And these stories always make me feel so lucky to have survived growing up in the 90s in Buffalo. It was simply normal for us to party until 3 or 4am and then drive home. Horrifically stupid.
  9. Kelce and Jones. Everywhere else we match up fine with KC. If Kincaid and someone on the D line steps up we will overtake them.
  10. Diggs has a lot less say over it than Josh. I do think Josh will be dialed in as hell. Diggs too but he can’t control the number of targets he gets.
  11. This is a great point! I hadn't thought of it before. Dallas would also have a pretty good group with Tony Dorsett, Hershel Walker and Emmitt Smith.
  12. Cincinnati was a bad game all around, team failure, so I don't count that. Defense didn't play well against Texans, Colts in the playoffs. They got shredded by the Chiefs 3 times. They did well against Lamar in the wind game against the Ravens. Played so so against the Dolphins and Steelers. I would not say they have shown any signs of being a dominant playoff defense like legendary D's such as Ravens, Bears, etc. Hope this year shows me to be wrong though!
  13. This. Also the playoffs are the most important litmus. That's when the rubber hits the road. Josh Allen has played his best football in the playoffs. McD's defenses have looked worse in the postseason than the regular. About Tomlin, he's 0-4 in the playoffs since 2016. He is a good coach but he needs a QB, fast.
  14. Great points! Anyway… have I mentioned McD will never get us to a Super Bowl, and why?
  15. For some reason some of my favorite Bills are backup running backs. Kenny Davis of course. Larry Kinnebrew. Darick Holmes.
  16. True but only if you don't count beers and wings as having monetary value
  17. Best deal is probably paying for a few drinks at a sports bar and watching whichever games you want. Prefer watching at home though! Or love of course.
  18. I wish just once we’d be lose some guys or get down and McD would just say, let’s rip and start attacking and being more unpredictable instead of going into safe mode.
  19. Being born and growing up in Buffalo! Didn’t hurt that I was 13 in 1988, Thurman’s rookie year and start of our great run.
  20. Monday Night Football used to start at 9pm. People got home late but it was fine even when it was in NY, the only city in the US similar size to London. A 9pm London Super Bowl would be: 4pm Eastern time 1pm West Coast time So I don’t see time zone being a problem. (I’m still against the idea though because it’s too mercenary to put the SB in a city that doesn’t even have a team.)
  21. This will date me but… Mark Kelso. It drove me nuts watching him get burned as the last line of defense. For coaches Rex gave me a terrible feeling from the start, and never changed it.
  22. Also, playing with Josh seems to boost any receiver’s stats by 20%.
  23. Supposedly what Josh did to piss off Stef before the Bengals playoff debacle, no?
