  1. What cantaloupe farm did this guy grow up on?
  2. McD called a TO prior to each of the two offensive plays by KC... if he wasn't in on the play calls that's even worse than making the horrible ones. Of course he was setting the strategy on those defenses, he's the head coach and called TOs to plan with his staff.
  3. They also moderate and remove any comments to those articles that reference Bieniemy's rap sheet. I like PFT but anyone that reads it knows Florio is not shy about having an agenda and loves throwing his bias' into content.
  4. Your recollection is off, the Diggs 2pt conversion was on the first TD that put us up with 2 minutes, in the TD with 13 seconds we kicked the PAT to go up 3. Other than that, not to be a dick but... you cried over a football game? Dude, come on. Anyways... Best of luck on the venture!
  5. I know Brady took a pounding in the media this year, but I still like him as a football guy, this would be an outstanding add IMO and he could take over for Dorsey if he ever leaves as long as he becomes versed enough in our system. Goo get Munchak too. Stacking up on assistant coaches is a benefit of good ownership willing to spend.
  6. So it means one thing except when it means the opposite.
  7. The complete void of media pressure is a detriment to the team. Always has been.
  8. Excellent. Continuity, let's just hope the grooming of him and trust in him via passing game coordinator promotion last year was not misplaced. Also, I think he has a chance to stick around and work well with Sean Payton in 2023.
  9. He with the spin attempts in that blog it doesn't make his past over stated or excused. Meyer just got fired before competing a single season and his transgressions are no where near level of those of Bieniemy. Sorry but just stating the facts as to why there is a lack of interest... Chiefs have a reputation not caring about character, its a pretty shameless front office there.
  10. This is a far different team than the grind it out run heavy, field position battle, defensive struggle type team it was the first 3 years where highly conservative coaching is beneficial... the team had a -57 and -105 point differential the first two years, so that type of approach helped. the team the last 2 years makes the playoffs easily, but it's very different to coach being a high octane offense going toe to toe with the best of the best and being in high scoring battles where you need to maximize scoring opportunities with aggressive coaching rather than playing safe drag it out field position battles. Requires a much different approach and far different mindset. McD did an excellent job building culture and grinding out wins. The team was a no show vs the Jaguars, he made horrific mistakes imploding vs the Texans in the 2nd half... but we knew that 2019 wasn't ready yet so it was okay for McD to make fatal errors as it was part of his learning process as well... Vs the Chiefs last year we had a shot at a SB, but that Chiefs team was better and Allen wasn't ready yet making some frantic mistakes under pressure. With that said the game plan was horrendous and the staff made zero adjustments defensively getting destroyed by Hill and Kelce as they let them run free as the commentators were literally calling the coaching staff out all game. To boot we were to conservative with our explosive offense... okay... another year of learning for McD maybe next year. Now again, with a super bowl caliber team and a QB playing at a historic level, he found a way to piss the game away in historic fashion, it really is unreal how mishandled it was... he also learned absolutely nothing defensively playing the Chiefs and made zero adjustments again and as defensive coach that's even more troubling.... So made next year he'll learn... or just maybe... he's over his head because his coaching style doesn't fit this type of team and he has shown time and time again he shoots us in the foot come playoff time. Overly conservative coaching doesn't win rings in today's NFL. He's a tractor trailer driver trying to drive an F1 race car.
  11. If we go with Dorsey, as we should, a highly experienced position coach for a troubled line would be amazing to help support a first time coordinator with a defensive head coach.
  12. Outstanding news! Now Miami can hire their next inexperienced HC bust! Sparano, Philbin, Gase, Flores, NEXT!!
  13. If what is claimed about Ross is true, he should be stripped of ownership and forced to sell. Also, if the Dolphins want this tossed out all they got to do is hire another minority to replace him, Lesley Frazier come on down! Polar opposite personality from Flores too. Consequently, I think Flores strategically filed this before the Dolphins hired a replacement so if they do hire a minority he can claim they did so only because of the lawsuit. Sorry of this is mentioned, I read some of the thread but not the full 27 pages lol good lord this just broke a few hours ago.
  14. Like I said, yes, you can find people offended, but they local community and local tribes support them and nothing they do disparages natives. I'm millennial. Question for you, if military personnel are offended at a sports team for using the name Commanders, should the team remove the name?
  15. Even then no one will want him. He's got a long rap sheet (4 arrests: 3 assaults, 1 dui... one assault was grabbing a female parking attendant by the neck), and when he was coaching at Colorado U he got busted luring recruits with drugs, alcohol, and sex (remember he's recruiting minors!!!)... the Chiefs who obviously don't care about character are the only reason he's got a coordinator job. Guys like him should be no where near leadership positions.
  16. He would be better off going to the NFC North, look at that division... Lions suck, Bears sucks, GB is good but Rodgers is nearing an end... it's a good spot to be and Cousins is a solid QB.
  17. Okay, so a national activist doesn't like it, you will always find nonlocal activists that dislike everything... there's local support in Kansas City from the local people involved that it impacts... the team itself works with local trial communities. Nothing they are doing is wrong, they don't mock or disparage, they embrace. You can find plenty of military personnel that would oppose the Commanders name for the exact same reasons. It's a sports team, they are not disparaging anyone, people got to get over it.
  18. Why do you think Native Americans don't want people to appreciate or celebrate representation? This whole notion that people want a multicultural society but want cultures segregated is ridiculous. Notre Dame also had a black student be their leprechaun mascot, so do you find that off limits too? It's part and parcel of different cultures living with each other and embracing one another. Native Americans have a rich history and culture of being feared warriors, nothing wrong with embracing that, it's not being mocked and disparaged, it's being embraced. I hope the Chiefs keep their embracement, and every indication is that they will, good for them.
  19. I loathe Faker. He's such a fraud. Fake tough guy frat boy. And he sucks.
  20. Sorry but we can't afford to screw around with Allen in his prime. We already wasted this year with stupidity.
  21. Maybe. Maybe not. As of now he's on the market and has a much better resume than these guys.
  22. What the absolute F are we doing. I don't want to hear about the Rooney rule, stop with that, there are minority candidates with better credentials than this like Pep Hamilton.
