Who is faster in a foot race today, Damar Hamlin or Micah Hyde?

Random talking head says something about the Bills
FireChans replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Can we just shout out @Simon for merging his own thread with his talking heads thread? Talk about leading from the front. -
What number does he get??

With a win this Sunday, Coach McDermott will join some elite company
FireChans replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Is it a coincidence that every coach on that list, outside of Landry a million years ago, had either the best or second best QB in the NFL? -
[Unsubstantiated] Rumors of Micah Hyde's imminent return
FireChans replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think if Micah comes back it’s because Bishop isn’t ready yet. Not to replace Hamlin or Rapp -
I consider not being able to beat Mahome in the playoffs with Josh Allen at QB and not being able to beat Mahomes in the playoffs with Jimmy Garropolo or Brock Purdy at QB to be far difference scenarios. Jmo.

Do you still get Sabres seasons or nah lol

Yes yes yes.

Nothing better than attacking posters for hypothetical future posts that are “inevitable” after winning a Super Bowl despite never winning a Super Bowl. Lol

Ben Johnson and whatever AGM you can pluck from Philly would be sick. I think Beane and McD are locked at the hip. If I had to fire one of them and keep the other, I would lean toward tossing Beane overboard. I think McD can coach his ass off at times. I think I fundamentally disagree with Beane’s strategies.

GM/HC? Maybe Shanny/Lynch. Obviously Reid/Veach. I would go as far as say Howie/Sirianni, even though I really don’t like Sirianni, but I like Howie a lot.

I have always thought McD was in the top 10ish when it came to current NFL coaches. Thats not different today. I have also had questions whether he and Beane were the right guys to get us past Reid and Mahomes. That’s also not different today. If you said, the Bills need a coach to win a random game, who are you taking, imo, McD is high on that list. If you said, the Bills need a GM/HC combo to execute a strategic vision over 4 years culminating in the SB victory, I feel less strongly about their position on that less. If they win one, great. Rooting for all the success in the world. But I have doubts.

Mack Attack is currently leading the Bills in snaps at WR.

Is this the best team in the Allen era?
FireChans replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is so bad but I’m gonna say something. This is not the most talented team in the Allen era. This is a team with the best vibes in the Allen era. Bills Lions SB feels like destiny. -
OT: what did you think of the hit on Lawrence?
FireChans replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Your father sounds like a smart guy! It’s all just discussion for fun, even if we disagree. -

OT: what did you think of the hit on Lawrence?
FireChans replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Don’t turn this into a gang up thing. You are starting to even sound like Al-Shaiir. “Everybody is ganging up on me!!!!!” You had a bad take. Everyone disagrees. The play was dirty. Al-Shaiir is likely going to get suspended. Because it was obviously dirty. Unlike every other unnecessary roughness penalty on defenseless sliding QB’s in the NFL in the last 2 seasons at least. Because it was obviously dirty. He was immediately ejected when most players who get flagged for unnecessary roughness don’t. Because it was obviously dirty. Case closed. -

FireChans replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Because you missed the point again in defense of the “fraternity.” -
If EJ played college football until he got social security like Nix did, who knows?

OT: what did you think of the hit on Lawrence?
FireChans replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
So what is the difference between this and every unnecessary roughness penalty in the last 3 years? I’ll tell you. Because this one was clearly, and obviously, dirty with the intent to injure. Which is why is virtually zero folks are saying “what is the defender supposed to do.” Or “the QB sold that call.” Or any of the million other things that we see on routine calls EVERY WEEK. We are debating suspension, today, because it was clearly and obviously dirty. Point blank. Period. -

I have a serious question. When was the last big hit on a sliding QB that warranted a discussion about suspension? Can you remember one this year? Last year? I can’t. Why are we acting like dirty hits of this degree happen all the time?
