If only Leslie could’ve gotten our offense to score more than 10 last game. -
I can’t imagine some folks would get banned and make a new username just to keep posting.

Christian Benford is better than Tre White right now. So idk about all that buried on the depth chart stuff
-
So Shakir is Diggs/Hill/Kittle? that’s your take?
-
Shakir has 10 catches in his career. The fifth rounder from Boise is who we are relying on?
-
KC has also drafted majority defense.

It’s not the draft execution so much as it’s the draft strategy

I am aware. He was still a Bills investment in the OL. -
Rex Ryan emerging as favorite for DC in Denver?

????? Does KC have a better OL than us because they invested more or because they executed well and got good players? -
He will never go to NE. He's the exact kind of player that would drive BB insane. If he did go to NE, he would be the biggest FA bust they have had in quite awhile.

I mean, you brought up the "high picks on defense" thing. KC did the exact same thing. They got better players. Do you want to talk the OL investment with us and them in the last, say, 4 years? Bills 2nd rounder Dawkins (good player) 5th rounder Teller (star, traded away) 2nd rounder Ford (bust) 3rd rounder Brown (meh) 4th rounder Doyle (bum) 7th rounder Anderson (who) 6th rounder Tenuta (off the team) High priced FA Morse (good player) Chiefs 7th rounder Allegreti (bum, backup 3rd rounder Niang (bum, backup) 2nd rounder Humphrey (good player) 6th rounder Smith (good player) 1st rounder Brown (trade, solid player) High priced FA Thuney (good player) Comparing those lists, was the problem not investing enough resources or not getting/keeping good players? -

The Chiefs last year spent 2 firsts on a DE and CB. Drafted a WR who could barely see the field in the second. The year prior, they drafted a LB in the second. The year prior they drafted an RB in the first and a LB in the second. They year prior they drafted a WR and a S in the second. The year prior they drafted a DE in the second. They traded their first for a DE. So in the last FIVE years, the Chiefs have spent 7 of their 10 top picks on defensive players. 7 of 11 if you count the Orlando Brown trade. They also got some picks back by TRADING AWAY a great offensive player and spending those picks on defense. What is the difference between us and them in terms of strategy? They drafted BETTER players. Period. They hit on some of their third and later picks. We didn't. Period. -

How do you know that Boogie Basham wasn't BPA over Creed Humphrey? -
Of the top 30 WR's in the NFL based on average depth of target Gabe is: 5th in ADOT 24th in drop% 17th in passer rating when targeted 20th in YAC/R

How is drafting Boogie Basham a "need pick" when you drafted two DE's in the first and second round right before him? But reaching for a center when you need a backup not a "need pick?" -
Reid blocked Matt Nagy from taking an OC job. Oh and he let Nagy call plays in KC. But no, everyone hates EB despite Joe Mixon playing in the NFL or something, right?

So you want them to draft for need, but just for offense? They should take their 12th OG on the board in round two instead of their #2 DT? -
McVay was blocking KOC from taking other OC jobs. https://www.therams.com/news/mcvay-kevin-oconnell-has-huge-say-huge-influence-on-how-we-want-to-operate Andy Reid has been campaigning for this dude to get off his staff. Maybe that's a difference. Who knows. Maybe the NFL just loves guys like Matt Patricia and Joe Judge like you said. Held in the highest regard among the media. lmao.

The offense was labored the entire second half. It looked like every drive was a chore to get through. I 100% agree. I actually think Dorsey really struggled with changing things up, more than anything else. The NFL is a league where teams catch-up. We were unreal the first few weeks of the season, and as teams starting to figure us out a bit better, we never pivoted at all. That's one thing Dabs would do a lot of. He would do the jet motion a lot, then shelve it, then bring it back. Set concepts or combos up in September, bring them back but change them in December. If you watch Bills offense from 2021 from like week 3 compared to week 16, there's a ton of variability. If you watch the 2022 offense, it gets simpler and obviously, worse.
