  1. If the Bills were in the NFC, we would still have had to play the Bengals and Chiefs in the last 4 Superbowls. We are 0-5 in the playoffs vs those teams. Not sure why you believe that would change in the NFC lol If the Bills were 0-4 in the Super Bowl vs the Chiefs and Bengals I would still want McD fired
  2. Yeah you didn’t watch the Dolphins Titans game lol. You can “spit that crap too” because you started it with, “the Browns only made the playoffs because Burrow got hurt” lol
  3. When McD goes 0-5 vs the Chiefs when it matters most, he will be fired. Heck, Josh may request it.
  4. Yes? The Dolphins went 2-2 in their last 4 games, including losing an AWFUL game to the Titans. Otherwise, they would have been resting their starters week 18 as they would have locked up the division. Those same Titans (a 6 win team by the way) also played spoiler to the Jags week 18. If the Titans lost to the Jags and the Dolphins, the Bills miss the playoffs regardless if they win week 18 or not. Furthermore, the Bills trailed by 7 until the 4th quarter when we got an extremely lucky punt return. The Bills also needed a 5 game winning streak to have a chance to get in because they were .500 and in disarray in November lol I pointed it out first. When I said “Stefanski making the playoffs with a bad QB is as impressive as anything McDermott’s done.” Do you think I wasn’t talking about McDermott ALSO doing that lol Incredible! Imagine this take to defend a dude who is incapable of beating the Chiefs or the Bengals and can’t get past the conference finals lol
  5. Take it another step further. If Miami and Jacksonville don’t implode week 18 in 2023, the Bills miss the playoffs. With Josh Allen at QB. No one is forgetting the TT year. the point is that McD’s claim to fame is sneaking into the playoffs once with a crappy QB. Which is exactly what Stefanski has done. not surprising though. Bills fans have an unhealthy attachment to that event. There was a hefty number who didn’t want to trade TT because “he broke the drought” and “who knows if the next QB is better, he could be worse!” 100% of them are still posting the exact same noise about McDermott.
  6. They used to say you should build your team to win your division. The Dolphins saw us with no WRs and decided to build a team with no CBs
  7. I mean even if McD is running the draft/offseason and Beane is a glorified yes man, then his value to the org is effectively zero. Very confusing why you seem to harp on this as a defense of Beane.
  8. Taiwan Jones Marcus Easley Dan Carpenter Colton Schmidt
  9. I was really simplifying it because it’s not like there’s an elite franchise guy in Cleveland. I still stand by it though. to make the playoffs multiple times, with different QBs, with that horrific franchise, in that division, is just as impressive as anything McD has done. to take it one step further, if the Bills were in a division with the Steelers, Ravens and Bengals, we would have much less overall team success and McD would have probably been fired by now.
  10. I’m not sure anyone believes Watson is a franchise QB. may as well say Nate Peterman.
  11. No one is paying Ramsey over the next 4 years. Thats not how NFL contracts work
  12. Extremely odd. Maybe Minkah wanted contract renegotiation with only 2 years left, but this feels like the Dolphins got better and the Steelers got worse
  13. There’s something ironic about a game with a weed username fearmongering over gambling and integrity.
  14. Making the playoffs twice with 2 different QBs in Cleveland is as impressive as anything McDermott has ever done.
  15. Sean Payton has 6 wins against Andy Reid FYI.
  16. I mean OJ went to trial and the Patriots lost a draft pick. none of that happened with the Bills. I remember you even said for Bills fans to not get too attached to that extra first rounder we picked up. But of course, we hung onto it. And you said the Carolina Panthers “complained” but I haven’t seen any evidence that happened either. Or that they leveled any kind of accusation. So again, maybe the Bills and McD carried over some info from the Panthers. It wouldn’t be that surprising. But now the story/narrative has taken on new legs over the years.
  17. Sure but that doesn’t change the evidence from being circumstantial. I don’t know. I think it’s very plausible. I do think we’ve gone to “circumstantial evidence” from “common knowledge.” Which was my point. You can have suppositions. They may even be true. But arguing it’s fact, and using that fact to malign Beane’s character imo is a bridge to far. And I ***** HATE Beane lol.
  18. Maybe. Maybe they were determined to make it work until they got the offer for the second and couldn’t pass it up. we don’t know. what we do know is factually 100% not true is that we entered the 2024 offseason over the cap because of the Diggs trade.
  19. That’s kinda my point. It’s “common knowledge” because we all kinda thought it happened. But none of us really had any info about it. Your “evidence” boils down to @HappyDays being curious. This is probably some sociological phenomenon where if something is repeated enough, it becomes factual. It’s not shocking you don’t have a link Carolina complained. Because I don’t think it happened.
  20. You said we were over the cap BECAUSE of the Diggs trade which was of course easily proven false. But really it ties into this narrative that 2024 was this year where we couldn’t add talent. Which is just not true. Samuel was the 4th highest paid WR that period. Good for one of the 30ish highest paid WRs in the NFL at the time by AAV. What REALLY happened is that he was basically a disaster of a signing and was 178th in yards. We made a similar valued signing in 2025 with the addition of Josh Palmer. So if Curtis Samuel was the “consolation prize” because of the Diggs trade (which he wasn’t of course) or because the cap situation was just “so bad” then 1 year later in apparently MUCH better cap shape, we signed….. basically the same value player…..again.
  21. Curtis Samuel was the 4th highest paid WR that free agency period. Him and Mack Hollins were signed weeks before Diggs was even traded. So really this is completely misleading and revisionist history.
  22. Yeah it was “common knowledge” based on supposition, largely by you if I recall correctly. dont get me wrong, I’m not saying I necessarily disagree. I just am asking if there’s any proof or if you actually heard something
