  1. In the last 12 months we've allocated more of our resources to the interior of the OLine than to any other area of the team. And now you guys want to spend a bunch of money on another guard? Nooooooooooo.......... bad fans..... bad..
  2. We've already seen him on the field for years now and he's already proven he is a great 'backer. But for that money he better be the best LB in the NFL. And as much as I like him, that's a stretch.
  3. I agree that the phish went overboard and gave Dansby too much money. But the guy is a great football player and you're just being ridiculous with stuff like this.
  4. The house of Cards is losing impact players left and right. Their run is done.
  5. If he's still there in the 3rd I hope the Bills draft Kirk Cameron. His focus and willpower will have him in the ProBowl before the Quiche Mayans shut off the lights!
  6. Agreed. Weak LB's are a dime a dozen and the Bills could have done better with a street FA. The talk in this thread of Ellison's "heart" and how the TSW lemmings can't see he's a solid player is exceedingly funny. The guy is absolutely gutless on the field and is as big a coward as we've seen on the Bills defense since Keion Carpenter or Gabe Northern. I'm waaaayyyy sick of watching Allison turn tail and run away from 190lb slot receivers; you want to build a tough team and an aggressive defensive culture? Then get her the &^(# out of here yesterday.
  7. That's what I thought when they first showed him. But then my wife said she thought he was Aaron. Now I'm just dizzy......
  8. That was strike two. You start your self-indulgent crap in yet another hockey thread a third time and I guarantee you are leaving.
  9. Full of what? Did you really believe for a second that 2 officials who hadn't been calling games under IIHF rules for the last 4 years were going to suddenly start putting people in the box for touching 'tenders in a US/Canada championship game? The very idea is ridiculous. If one good thing came out of today (besides silver and gold for the US and Canada) it's that, after that tournament and that game, there's not a chance in hell that the NHL can possibly put its own interests before the sports in 2014. Thanks for your repeated attempts to piss on something that a lot of good people have really enjoyed. We've all really appreciated your obnoxious, overbearing presence in what would likely have been a wonderful thread.
  10. I'll eat my hat if Canadian NHL officials go out of their way to enforce IIHF rules and protect an American goaltender. I think Johnson, Gleason and Orpik will have to keep Ryan Miller clean on their own.
  11. The same place you get your crap about Edwards and Brohm?
  12. Are you guys seriously lamenting the overprotective coddling of American kids while you talk about the inescapable necessity of insulating them from the general public by sending them to expensive private schools?
  13. That's 4 out of 5 games we've had the 3:00 start. I sure hope I don't happen to get the flu about 5 minutes after lunch on Friday. Schedule Vokoun's giving the Finns trouble. No score going into the 3rd. C'mon Czechs!
  14. I can believe he said it. But I can't believe he said it at the Olympics. Next he'll be wearing lime green polka dot jackets.
  15. I've never seen a beer league goalie look that rattled 2 minutes into a game.
  16. They started that crap 3 minutes into the final period. I was hoping Pronger was going to poleaxe somebody. And what the hell is Federov doing there? Is Russian hockey really in that bad of shape?
  17. If they keep bringing that kind of intensity, nobody can play with them. I hope it ain't allergy season up there cuz there isn't a single box of Sudafed left in Vancouver. Go get some more boys!
  18. I'd give 4 figures to be in that building right now. Awesome hockey. Bust 'em up cousins!
  19. No, they kept Miller clean. But Hiller was waaaayyyy too comfy out there and I wanted to see the US get some people in his kitchen. Large props to the Swiss; they were overmatched but really came to play.
  20. OK, that's enough of that. It's time for Dustin Brown to freight train Hiller.
  21. Actually he's been very good in coverage for a DE. I don't know that it's going to translate to the OLB position, but at least we've seen some indications that he's got the capability. As for your other comment, he's been absolutely tremendous against the run for the last several years. I'm not entirely convinced that he can make this transition successfully. But for the last few seasons his greatest strengths have been his versatility, his intelligence and his ability to do a multitude of things well. It's not a guarantee of success, but it certainly bodes well for him and the Bills.
