I seriously don't care what he ran on a track in college 5 years ago. If you watch him on an NFL field in pads, he is not fast. He's got some quicks, but his long speed is middling in this league.

I've seen it twice on guys I was covering (one was partially my fault cuz I think I stepped on his heel when I was jamming him coming out of a cut) and both times they were seriously hurting. The ones I've seen were like an ACL, where it really hurts for a minute and then settles down pretty quickly.

I don't know if that's a fair term. Relative to those guys, I'd say he's in a lot more situations where he has to bail before he even hits his drop because he's about to get buried.

If it was happening every other week, it'd be a problem. But he could have walked up and down the sideline punching guys in the first qrtr of that game and I wouldn't have given him any shlt about it.
