Not gonna get into the fair use debate going on in here but my whole thing is it just seems like an odd licensing arrangement by the NFL/NFL Films. Pat has the rights to play highlights. On any given highlight the teams’ logos are splayed across all the helmets and field, and the scorebug if visible. Why he can’t use the logos to put together a static promo graphic or an intro graphic for said highlight without paying for a separate license seems incredibly dumb unless accounting for myopic greed.

So McAfee’s show was also broadcast on SiriusXM until fairly recently but that ended and now is exclusively on youtube (I think.) I wonder if moving off from SXM has anything to do with this licensing spat.

Interesting. Hard to compare the two 1:1 given their respective locations though. TEN’s stadium looks the part as a downtown destination. The roof is obviously so they can bid for a super bowl. New Bills’ stadium is out in a outer ring suburb. Doesn’t make much sense to put up some sort of brick facade thing out there.

I think everyone needs to chill and enjoy the ride. Let go of that history - we know about the drought and we know about the 4 SB losses before that. The Bills are good. Possibly the best in the league. I can’t ever get this constant framing the current team against the team’s collective history.
