Bills Coordinators Need To Be Much Better
Mikie2times replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall
So was Harrison really wide open the last drive and Murray just missed him? -
Honestly, it would have been hard to tell which 13 was Hollins or Davis. Davis could stretch the field as a slower WR but I would rather have a really sure handed guy like Hollins for a few pennies on the dollar.

Even in the Steelers loss a few years ago we controlled the game. Nobody has made our defense look this bad outside of the Bengals and Chiefs and Colts -
Week 1 - Cardinals at Bills 1st Half Thread

When we can’t stop the run this defense really gets exposed. Exactly what we are seeing. Teams will copy cat this. Keep Josh on the sidelines. He will start to get frustrated. It’s usually when bad things can happen. -
The chatter around the Worthy trade isn't rational

In that spot, QB scrambling, it's not expected to hit the mark. It's a jump ball and Worthy would have no shot. -

That throw he had singled up in the corner of the end zone said a lot to me. I thought a guy like Coleman makes a run at that ball. It was one on one and a normal WR would have a shot to make a play. Worthy couldn't even get a hand on it. He seemed to vanish into the larger corner. I expect physicality and contested catches to be a big issue for him. I agree with Beane in thinking that isn't the ideal fit for a team who wants to be more physical. -

After retiring he see's Jason on the sideline making out with Taylor. Allen appears seemingly out of nowhere. He decides to console Travis. Taylor finds this really hot and leaves Jason for Josh. A foreign space object falls. It strikes Mahomes throwing hand severing his thumb. His career ends but he has a totally normal life afterword's..... The End -

record for wild card posturing.... I like Baltimore and that sexy +3 -
Oh ya.... I actually considered the ticket pretty seriously this year but with 3 of the first 4 games on other services and 4 of the first 6 I paused. I can watch one game at the bar and stream one more. That buys me to week 7. Last year they reduced the Sunday Ticket price to half price prior to week 7 games.

I thought being in Toledo, OH sucked. I would get stuck between two eastern time zone markets for NFC and AFC. It is worse here. Stuck between the Rams and the Chargers with those teams usually occupying the national TV slot in the later window. I don't think we got one game that wasn't in primetime last year. We didn't even get Bills vs Chiefs.

He was his first couple years here as well. Good rental player but teams would be crazy to lock him up longer term. I expect his behavior historically might cost him a longer term deal in the future.

Burrow would have held them the correct way on the first try.

I have Jordan Love as my sleeper MVP and the Packers as my sleeper NFC rep. The wrong team is favored here.

Joe Marino: 1/4 of Bills 2024 salary cap is dead cap!
Mikie2times replied to JaCrispy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Diggs is the 2nd best player this team has acquired in the entire tenure of Beane and McD. The floor with Allen is pretty close to a wild card win. He's a top 3 QB, how isn't that the basement? Statistics prove that it is. Until we do something more both McD and Beane should get a fair share of criticism IMO. -

Is sitting down at football games normal?
Mikie2times replied to benderbender's topic in The Stadium Wall
Depends what I'm sitting on -
I don't think the Brady's offense last year was much better. Statistically they weren't. I do think he compliments and understands Allen very well and to me that is a critical piece. Brady's use of running backs and WR screens is a huge compliment to Allen's game. I don't want Allen always having to keep us on schedule. It results in too many downfield throws and rushes on his part. Let the run game and WR screens help with the schedule. Then make the running back a focus in the passing game because it forces on schedule throws. Put Josh in a position to make plays when he's sitting on a decent hand. I think that's where we see the best version of Allen which we see as well in his play action stats. It seemed like the period from Tampa Bay to our playoff loss a few years back is when we did this the best. Allen was consistently hitting our running backs short and we ran the ball well. Defenses had no answers. Then as time progressed we got back to no longer running, never passing to the running back. We asked Josh to hit the underneath stuff and that's not really him. Then we told him to not run. Go figure, we had issues staying on schedule and we couldn't get consistency.

Even though Bills fans got burned out a bit on the Hamlin coverage it would be a pretty incredible story for him to develop as a player and become an impact player. I would be the first to the keyboard to praise him.

49ers first round draft pick Ricky Pearsall shot in San Francisco

If these 17 years old's are likely to be charged as adults then this would happen at lower rates? I doubt anything exists to support this. But hey, why not. You probably think Georgia has less gun violence than California. It doesn't have to be logical, true, or real. -
McDermott's history with Safeties outside of Buffalo
Mikie2times replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Or he has a system in place that doesn’t force us to pursue man coverage corners which everybody else in the league wants. This system seems to limit the diversity of looks we give QB’s in times like the playoffs and forces us to play shadow games with our safeties. Is it worth it? I don’t think so, but maybe. It produces great regular season results. I would just rather pursue corners that can also play man and have a defense that can throw that look in when required. #zone for life. This isn’t to dismiss the point of the thread. All hail McD the “something whisperer”.
