  1. No Bildos yet? I edited mine
  2. Hell even if you had a gun, I know it's everybody's fantasy to stand your ground and shoot the perp, but what are you going to do? Pull it out while somebody is pointing a loaded gun at you. Sounds smart.
  3. Curious what people are using. I decided on the "Khalil Shakiras" but I can be persuaded if I see something better.
  4. I go there a decent amount with my girlfriend and we go just about everywhere. It’s fine. the touristy areas are very safe. Even the rest is fairly safe. We just make a point to pay attention and not find ourselves with a homeless person and nobody else around. But it’s still very pretty and the food is great. Have fun!
  5. Many of them read an article and saw a local news story
  6. And in 2022 Darnell Moody was the #1
  7. It’s still one of the prettiest cities in the US. But ya, downtown is fairly isolated and the homeless population is high. So you will find yourself with homeless people isolated at times. I would never consider the wearing something like that in the areas I was in recently. But obviously not a justification for what happened. I hope he is ok.
  8. Which is the same again We run the ball because of Josh threatening in the air. We have a base Nickle. This team is not designed to be physical and can’t be that way with the schemes and roster we have. Physical is a defense knowing the run is coming and not stopping it. The lack of pass rush also contributes to the lack of physicality. We are a smoke and mirrors team.
  9. But he runs like he has to take a sh!t 😆
  10. I think you had it right with that first sentence. If Allen, with this team, can't beat the top teams in the later rounds a back up of any caliber sure won't either. The only way I see this hurting us is if we lose Josh for like 5 weeks. We need to figure out how we can go 2-3 if that happens which we likely can with Sean being a guy that seems to raise the floor a bit.
  11. Internal promotions give me a Babich
  12. I don't expect this post to popular OP but I agree with a lot of your points and applaud you for being willing to say unpopular things. As a "not serious" person myself it doesn't mean I can't be a leader. But it does produce a certain type of leadership style that is more cooperative/encouraging than authoritarian and if anybody on here doesn't think at times people need authoritarian in an environment like this you're completely delusional. It is something we lack at least from what we can observe on the outside and as much as I support the decision with Diggs we essentially doubled down on what appears to be Kumbaya. Again we aren't in the locker room so we don't know this to be the case for sure but ya, that's what it appears like.
  13. When North Dakota State knocks of the this joke week one
  14. I agree about the energy of the Bengals playoff game. I still look at the current version of the Bengals similar to the Colts as far as just seeming to have our number. Burrow/Taylor seem to be able to do whatever they want against us at a level that even rivals the Chiefs. I spent most my life in Michigan and Ohio. As you point out, Brown is notoriously cheap. You have to think that team will fail to sign its studs in the coming year. We need them to fall apart similar to how the Colts did.
  15. For those that think this is just KC, 14 of 14, 3 TD's, 181 yards That is Burrows stat line against us in 3 opening drives. All 3 we had extended periods to prepare for. We are 0-2 against the Bengals and it would have been 0-3 if we finished the Hamlin game. So to think this is just KC or even that the Bengals playoff match up was just us being off our game just doesn't add up.
  16. Luck plays a roll, but if that's the conclusion you land on with the information we have you just don't want to know and frankly I don't blame you. It's very hard to know we are an elite regular season team because it really makes it difficult to evaluate our performance in the regular season and what that means for the postseason. We didn't have Hamlin fatigue in all three match ups.
  17. Bengals don't even have as much as an incompletion in 3 opening drives against us. 3 TD passes, nearly 200 yards, zero incompletions.
  18. Maybe. KC went 6 for 83 in the regular season vs 8 for 91 in the playoffs at TE. That's without the Toney play counting. Not very different with just that look but more involved than just base production.
  19. What's even more damning is the only teams worse than Buffalo that have more than 1 playoff game in this sample is NYG and PIT. Buffalo has 9 games in this sample. Over half a season. So fairly stable data for what it is. Also worth noting is where the Bengals fall and Ravens. Total opposite along with KC who has a perception of being much better on defense but really are about the same.
  20. I don't have a DVOA specific calculator to be that specific. I do have a EPA one. EPA has some very close relationships to DVOA and many even prefer it. This is EPA on defense for wild card round or later 2020 to current compared to regular season EPA 2020 to current and the associated delta. The higher the positive threshold the worse they perform in the playoffs compared to the regular season. Sample size is an issue with this look as the Bills are really the only team with a meaty sample that is up very high outside of maybe Dallas. Hope this helped to a degree. I have both listed.
  21. I'm posting on a Bills forum about the Bills. You're picking on a Bills fans life on a Bills forum as being dismal because what, you don't like this topic ? I'm sure you can focus on the WR's are way better this year thread if you don't like this one.
  22. If this is the case, ok. I'm on board with injuries playing a role. But christ, Milano is already out, we are one exceptionally undersized LB injury away from looking pretty darn close to last year. One WR injury away from total depletion. If injuries are the reason they seem like they're already creeping in that direction again and we haven't played yet. You can't have depth everywhere, but LB and WR were not that hard to see as far as potential issues if an injury or two happened and we didn't exactly load up either position with even quality depth.
  23. I would tend to agree but he sure seems to max out his talent in other spots. I'm starting to think it's a combination of him being able to max out talent against average squads, then sort of hitting a wall as that talent level increases. Take those concepts with some injuries and it can explains most, not all of this. Sure, some of it is likely random.
  24. I have seen zero evidence to suggest this team can hang with a healthy Joe Burrow. It's not just KC. I can see a combination of injuries and great teams. Perhaps coaching against those great teams. I mean keep in mind the Bengals had nearly the entire starting offensive line out against us. So it's not like they were healthy and across 3 opening drives Joe B has nearly 200 yards, 3TD's and zero incompletions on us. It's very hard for me to say it's one thing with this type of information available to consider. The bold is an interesting thought. I have wondered is scheme contributes and perhaps it does with us not playing any man vs those that do. Further, sort of an undersized speed oriented defense. Which can run a little more soft.
