  1. Would like under center, and get Jets out of wide 9. Playaction/screen/or just pound it. Need more variety on looks, keep the Dline from flying up field
  2. Well two tight ends blocked down, so it's essentially his play
  3. Need to stay under center, gets that DL to play more honest and not crash
  4. Tre needs to make that tackle or at least slow him down
  5. I think we have a trick or 2 up our sleeves with using Harty. Getting ready for some splash plays
  6. Need to be sound 1st QTR, come out and be tough up front/win the trenches.
  7. Well we all knew it would be a numbers game, for gameday roster mgt. We aren't going to dress 4 outside CBs, when Cam and Neal can play outside in an emergency. Elam will be needed at some point this season. If Benford was the 1st rounder, this would be a non-issue. Benford just needs to ball out and keep this from being a CB2 controversy
  8. Correct, I just have ST (using Directv for cable still). Yeah it's better than nothing, but wish they'd at least carry the 8 game multiview option.
  9. I'm eh on it. Mostly because I still have DirecTV and prefer not to flip between inputs (cable to smartv, for local games since those are backed out on ST). It is a better setup for non-DirecTV subscribers, I'm sure. Especially from a cost/contract perspective and ability to quickly get the programming available. Pros: 1. Streaming quality and speed (initial concerns of lag, but was only reported as 10 sec) 2. Multiview, more on this below as it could be improved 3. Toggling between games is very east Cons: 1. I liked the old DirecTV 8 screen (all games at once) or ability to select the 4 game. (Related to mutliview experience) 2. Liked Directv showing scores and field position of all games (related to multiview/interface) 3. Mutliview: nice, but preferred they didn't have presets and you could pick/select. Unless I'm doing something wrong, I also couldn't see local/blackout games (on a mutliview, which used to be a Directv option under 8 or 4 games) 4. Changing inputs: for cable subscribers only, biggest gripe is having to change input...if a game is locally broadcast. Having Directv, it was faster in Years past to just change the channel. Overall, if you're a non-Directv subscriber, then I'd say it's a better experience. I'm likely behind the curve in "cutting the cord", which is probably the next decision
  10. Agree, I prefer Murray dresses too. Will be interesting if they prefer him vs Morris, if they sit an offensive guy. On defense: 1. 5th LB: either Kirksey, Dodson or Dorian sits tonight. I predicted Dodson, but he's the "vet" (in our system), could easily see that being Dorian sits 2. DL: imagine they dress 9. Poona, Phillips, or Kingsley likely sits 3. CB: Elam would be a surprise, if he doesn't dress Nice problem to have when healthy, hopefully stays that way for a while.
  11. Will come out around 645-7pm. P/S call ups will come out around 4pm. Expecting Kirksey elevated. News about Hamlin being inactive, makes sense...we just have a loaded secondary. Inactive guesses: Hamlin (confirmed), Kingsley, L Murray, Anderson, Ifedi, Dodson
  12. It's called low T. Kidding... I'm not with ya tho, I'm just as pumped and fired up for the season to get rolling. Especially on primetime/MNF. All the Jets hype, talk from media that our window has passed...has me even more jacked, LFG!
  13. Not sure I'd read all that and come away saying Pack win was most Impressive. Validation that their plan to go with J Love was smart, yes. But most Impressive victory was 49ers, hands down. Dominated a Steeler team that will be in the wild card hunt/ascending. Not to mention, on the road (west coast to east coast 1pm game) and against a coach who historically gets his team super prepared for opening game. Honorable mention/2nd place was Detroit. But their offense didn't impress me. Toney catches that last pass, or doesn't bobble a perfect throw that turned into a pick 6...and KC very likely wins.
  14. And 2 of those teams "way over achieved" LY. Not to mention Seattle losing both tackles to injury during the game. The 3rd just had their QB take his 1st live snaps of preseason/historically plays bad Week 1 and in Cleveland. I wouldn't correlate any of what you're saying to tomorrow night. If we lose tomorrow night, it will because our trench play sucks or an abundance of mistakes/turnovers.
  15. Guessing you have the under?
  16. Blocked FG, multiple INTs, Cowboys Dline wreaking havoc
  17. Yeah that was a pick...but def was on Jones decision. Can't throw late (short) when the corner is squatting in cover 2. I think pounding Barkley and mixing in Jones scrambles/bootlegs, are their best chance. Dallas front is just that much better
  18. TJ Watt says hello. I'd say those guys are on another level from alot of others, perhaps Bosa next closest
  19. Your last comment is likely the issue. I have mine setup, both smart TV and YouTube under same email account (it's on an android/Google system). You might want to log out, at the home screen of your apps (log out of TV) and see if that works.
  20. Yes, YouTube and YoutubeTV are 2 different apps. If you don't use YTTV for streaming, and just signed for Sunday Ticket...then you should open YouTube app. Then log in with your credentials and should see NFL live streaming.
  21. He's still in there, but not many 2nd half snaps He's likely still not 100%, probably won't get much more rest of game....just don't need him with a big lead
  22. Love seeing the Steelers get pounded, thats a great 1st half by 49ers. Pickett looks hesitant, just like last year again. Matt Canada was always low in my book, as an o-coordinator. Just 1 game, but that might develop into a mid season firing.
