  1. Steams in the box with sauce and makes the wings soggy or rubbery. Work around is to order them with the sauce on the side, heat them in an air frier for a few minutes, then toss in the sauce and enjoy.
  2. Guitar player from Yes.
  3. That looks like a walk of shame snapshot. 😂
  4. All you have to do to truly realize this is look at the warnings on kitchen appliances. The “do not put hands inside while opperating” warning on a blender is a pretty good identifier for National stupidity.
  5. I assume they won’t be scheduling the 2 seed vs 7 seed games for MNF. That’d be a serious disadvantage for a 7 seed that gets an upset….. Short week for a game against an opponent coming off a bye
  6. I think they’re likely set for pass rushers if Epenesa and Groot keep balling unless Hughes and Addison are both gone after the season. CB or a 1-tech I could see if the talent falls right. I’m hoping they go hard at fixing guard this off-season. They need a talent influx on the inside.
  7. I agree with that. The question though becomes whether or not they can bring him back for a more modest contract. I wouldn’t scoff if Beane managed to resign Edmunds for something like a 4 year $55M contract, or maybe a bit higher with some “outs” in it. It’ll be interesting to see how that negotiation plays out. If the kid could reliably tip 1-3 passes a game we probably wouldn’t be having this conversation. Just getting his rookie season turnovers reliably would start making him look like a better resigning. It’s just odd that he’s gotten worse at making splash plays every year of his career. I can’t recall ever seeing that before.
  8. Probably a better investment than stock in EJ Manuel
  9. Or here’s a novel idea…. Grabbed Nick Chubb in the 1st and used that extra 3rd to grab Fred Warner. Hindsight is great, but I totally understand grabbing the most physically gifted player at a position. Edmunds instincts just aren’t at that extra level. Maybe an off-season of tip drills will help with the turnover production. 🤷‍♂️
  10. 12.5 million is easier on the cap than the 20 million the Darius Leonard is making. Replacing Edmunds with a noticeably better MLB is going to cost serious capital in FA or the draft.
  11. The Raiders didn’t play the same Steelers defense. Watt, Bush, Haden, and Alualu all left the game. That said… Fully agree that Allen and the offense hasn’t played well, and they need to find a solution to their woes. Unfortunately, it may be that the largest part of this offenses issues are poor guard play and Dawkins not being fully recovered from Covid. As for Allen, he needs to get on the same page with his receivers and start connecting on at least the gimmie passes.
  12. Pork shoulder, rice &beans, cornbread, etc…. Going to be drunk with Tom Collins and Paulaner.
  13. You should check out the cornhole competitions. I heard it gets pretty intense when they’re deep in their season.
  14. Big difference between the two isn’t Brady. It’s that if the Pats came out and the safeties and LBers aren’t biting on playaction McDaniels will go run heavy until the defense sells out to stop it. Of course NE always had the Oline to do that, so…. 🤷‍♂️
  15. Moss and Singletary offer different attributes as pass blockers. Moss is substantially better if you have a DE break free on the edge or a blitzing secondary player. Where Singletary shines is being able to jump between gaps to assist with interior pressure. Singletary is going to be devalued on analytic sites compared to Moss as his strengths aren’t really noticed by the mathheads. He’s too small to stonewall a DT, but he can jump across the formation, get a hat on a DT and buy Allen a second to throw or scramble. Most RBs don’t possess that skill set.
  16. The first three are related, and it’s difficult to put too much on the oline when the Steelers could just tee off every play. It makes the oline’s job infinitely more difficult. That said, Dawkins likely isn’t recovered from his bout with Covid (he might benefit from a 1-2 weeks off), and our guards aren’t better than average. The later is a cause for concern since we can’t improve the roster mid season without a trade. However, those deficiencies can be masked and/ reduced with excellent playcalling. Same goes with Josh’s jitters and early game energy. Starting the game with 11 or 21/12 (not sure what to call Gilliam) personnel with PA and a more balanced play sheet will not only allow Josh to settle in, but will force defenses to play more honestly which should (in theory) make it easier on the guards.
  17. Unfortunately the best back on the roster at that (and pass blocking) wasn’t active today…. There were a whole lot of coaching decisions that just don’t “add up” in many ways.
  18. These rookies are going to have a heck of a time with the noise Sunday. I’m wondering if there’s an over/under for the number of false starts.
  19. Watt ertainly isn’t on Minister/Bruce level….. but we paid Mario Williams an asinine amount. It’s what happens with these contracts when push comes to shove. They’re gonna have to deal with Fitzpatrick next.
  20. Chad Kelly. 🤦‍♂️ as well.
  21. Ko Simpson IIRC
  22. Stadium view and anduzzi’s will likely have it on since it’s not at the same time as the packers game. Most places will accommodate a bills game if they have plenty of screens. Packers fans in GB are generally interested in the Bills as we’re the “other small market” team to them. Plus…. Midwest and Josh Allen.
  23. Funny. I feel the same way about Jesus.
  24. The craziest position in the NFL no longer exists. Older fans will remember the…. “wedge buster”. Nothing quite the same as running full speed for 30-40 yards, turning yourself into a psycho bowling ball, barreling into 3-5 240-280 pounders. The reward for success? Barreling into second flesh wall 20 yards behind that one. Outside of that, gotta go with QB due to the mental aspect coupled with having a target on your back every play.
  25. Yes. You need at least 2-3 of an accurate QB with a arm strong enough to through deep outs on a rail, a receiver who can stretch the defense, a TE or slot receiver that can exploit the seam, an excellent PA offense, and a third option that can beat a 1:1. Chiefs have four, and after what they did in the regular season we had to respect their ground game as well. Basically, you have to outrun the LBer and force the CB and safety to make choices. Allen & Co are also capable of exploiting this. The kicker is that you need time to get to the intermediate depths, so a dominant pass rush can kill any offensive play against palms.
