Yes it has. Even McDermott knows his defense is trash. He's trying to keep them off the field as much as possible. It's not the worst strategy to be honest. We have an offense capable of sustaining long drives and converting 3rd and 4th downs. I would prefer the opposite strategy. Let Josh go up temp score early and make the opponent abandon run game or at least pressure them into having the discipline to keep running down a couple of scores. But if they stick with ground and pound and score 7 points after a 6 -8 min drive, there is nothing wrong with that.

I never understood why people think a sensor in the ball would be helpful. I mean almost every play the player is down and still falls forward. Goal line and line to gain calls are judgement calls when the player is down or when forward progress has stopped. Don't see a sensor helping.

Deion is a top 5 NFL player of all time. His game was all speed. To the extent any CB is allowed to cover in today's NFL he would still be the greatest. He's the second best defensive player in NFL history after Lawrence Taylor and just ahead of Reggie White, Bruce Smith, Ed Reed, and Ronnie Lott. Laughable he would have KC and GB ahead of the Bills.
