  1. Veteran salary for PS is $17,500 to $22,000 per week. So his salary is somewhere between $315-396K assuming 18 weeks.
  2. Optimism: Allen will continue to evolve by distributing the ball and begin running less and less Cook, OL, and other backs will provide a consistent rushing attack Healthy Kincaid catches 80 balls Knox one of my favorites on the team makes 25 catches for 4 TDs and scores a TD in the SuperBowl Pessimism: Nah I'm not going there now. Bring on the Ravens!
  3. I would have preferred adding a Kicker to the PS. If Bass' groin flares up then they could elevate someone for game day. With the ability to elevate players for game day the PS has a little more value than it did in the past.
  4. I mean even the most staunch Beane and McDermott defenders on this board, can't support this right?
  5. This! 90% of this board guessed the top 48-50 guys. 18 game schedule, 2 bye weeks, no preseason games!
  6. Speed. You can't coach speed. He had 385 yards, 4 TDs and 22 YPC last year in only 8 games with Saints. Prorate that over 17 games and as compared to Bills WR group, only Shakir would have had more receptions and yards. Hollins had 5 TD last year in 17 games and Coleman had the highest YPC at 19.
  7. Good point. SVPG as the heir apparent to McGovern may be wishful thinking. It would be a good cap saving move if he could take over that role next year though. Anderson is an interesting case. It will be interesting to see how many 3 TE sets have him or Hawes on the field. If they start using Hawes more and more Anderson could be odd man out. Probably not this year but perhaps next. His best chance of sticking on the roster may be as the back-up C.
  8. I think you are spot on. Hopefully Carter shows something and they can cut Ogunjobi. Problem is he will probably be a healthy scratch. Hell they might even elevate Phillips from the PS on game day and sit Carter. Solomon or Epenesa goes when Hoecht comes off suspension. Assuming Bosa stays healthy. Lundt or VanDemark go when Grable can play. Who dresses on game day may give some clue who is low man on the roster. Sorry to be an alarmist but CB is still a disaster.
  9. Yeah kind of weird. Not sure why they couldn't just sign him to PS later. I don't think there is a cap advantage to do this, but maybe there is.
  10. Bills trying to be last team in NFL to release final 53?
  11. Sadly CB is actually a much worse problem than Safety at this point
  12. Congrats to the kid! Hard work can pay off! Good story. Will be interesting to see if all WRs are healthy do they dress 6? Still no work on Moore that I have seen so Im assuming they kept 6
  13. Dustin Hopkins cut by Browns. Could be a good PS guy to sign if Bass is struggling
  14. Lol...i was joking, but .... Beane did seem to care about what some radio guys were saying about his WR group...I think we'd all be surprised how thin skinned and ego maniacs these guys are
  15. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/45502036/travis-kelce-taylor-swift-engagement-announcement-kansas-city-chiefs-marriage-wedding Called it End Game! Lol!
  16. Jets cut WR taken with first pick in 3rd round. Said he is highest pick from 2024 to be cut. Now we can cut Carter without being singled out by ESPN
  17. Hopefully he is carrying Hyde's luggage.
  18. Honest question, Can he play OT? I understand he is 6th OL playing at OT/TE in heavy packages. But can he really play RT or LT? I thought his value was that he could play Center not OT in a pinch.
  19. Again not to quibble but most of us don't see him as even a borderline starter. Bishop developing makes the argument moot
  20. I wouldn't say Singletary was a wasted pick. He was ok starter. Time will tell on Cooper. Was it the player, injury, or Brady's inability to incorporate him? He made a handful of catches last year that others guys don't make. But I understand the disappointment.
  21. Lol. See what you did there. You aptly described him as a backup special teams quality player. The problem is he was the starter before the injury and most of last year.
  22. Thought he was primarily working at CB. I'm easily confused...
  23. Of course he is Can't wait for those 2026 draft picks to make an impact this year!
  24. I think many of us don't feel he is an average player. Many of us feel if he wasn't on the Bills roster he wouldn't be on any roster, thus far below an average player. And lastly many of us are worried that his story clouds the judgement on his ability. Im happy for him. Its a great story. Hopefully Bishop plays well and he hardly sees the field.
  25. Looks like Strong makes it and is safety #5? Rapp, Bishop, Hamlin, Lewis, Strong?
