  1. I just tried to upload two pics via choosing attachments, but there was a size limit. How are others uploading big pics?
  2. Use the controls at the bottom of the post box: Still...I am not sure how the other posters here were allowed to post big pics. Mine are always reduced so they are no viewable without clicking. There used to be a separate forum here to ask questions. Now it is gone. I also do not know how others can post color emoji, while mine are always black and white. And they somehow know how to tag othe rposters.
  3. That's Eric "Badlands" Booker: https://majorleagueeating.com/eaters/14 FTR, I tried to start this tradition last year here, and the moderators got angry at me and removed my post because I was new. I guess times have changed.
  4. That is no way near old!! We need a Bills SB and a Sabres Stanley Cup.
  5. No that is not Laramie. Laramie is in the Denver DMA region, which will be showing a different game. The yellow patch is Cheyenne. Laramie cable TV does get Cheyenne channels though.
  6. Horrible! The glory years were in the 60's, early 80's, and Jim Kelly Era in the late 80's-90's. I feel sorry for those who had only memories of the drought. Still...I have never seen the Bills win a SB yet (or the Sabres win a Stanley Cup, for that matter). Will it happen in or lifetimes?? Every NFL city deserves at least one SB win every 40 years or so. When will our time come?
  7. Nice! What did the Bills get in return for trading away McCoy? Future drat picks or players?
  8. I am 49 and that was my first season as a Bills fan. Why that game is not the conclusive choice among posters here is a mystery to me. I assume the majority of people on this forum are 50 and over since many are Baby Boomers?
  9. The Patriots have only beaten the Bills 5 times in a row. The Bills won in Week 4 in 2016.
  10. Bills fans tear down goal posts after 1980 victory vs. Miami ends 2-0-game losing streak to them: Video 1: http://www.nfl.com/videos/buffalo-bills/09000d5d8208e8a1/Bills-stop-skid-vs-Dolphins Video 2:
  11. F--- the pronunciation guide, they need a spelling guide, since so many people spell Eddie "Yarbrough" incorrectly. I have seen: Yarborough Yarbourough Yarbourgh Yarnrough BTW, did they really need to tell us how to pronounce "Levi" and "Feliciano"?
  12. I did not know this! Thank you And in Week 10, the Bills only travel to Cleveland, which is closer than MetLife in NJ.
  13. The Bills played The Giants and Jets back-to-back in 2003, both wins, but only the Giants game was away.
  14. I distinctly remember some time in the early 80's, that the Bills stayed away two weeks in a row on a long trip, to save money and/or fatigue from taking a flight home and then back to the same area. I am not sure when. I was a child then. Are there any old timers here who remember this?
  15. Not sure, but I found this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Practice_squad "The practice squad is only in effect during the regular season. During the offseason, players are instead signed to a reserve/future list; any person on a practice squad, or not on an active roster, is eligible for a futures contract. Such contracts count toward a team's 90-person offseason roster limit but do not count toward the team's salary cap until the start of the league fiscal year in March" The reference cited in wikipedia is this: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/1947667-everything-you-need-to-know-about-nfl-futures-contracts
  16. I was under the impression that the PS player got a new, regular contract when he went to another team at a salary both parties agreed to, and that his PS salary was only week-to-week. But I could be wrong.
  17. "World champ" is correct. Are they any teams in the world that beat the Super Bowl champion? Plus, traditionally, the champion of the big 4 leagues in the US is deemed "world champion", as the US has the best leagues in the world. Heck, when the AFL existed, both the NFL and AFL champions were allowed to be called "world champions".
  18. Look at that Bengals pic posted here. They have six different jerseys for their 16 games. Plus color rush. I liked the simplicity of the olden days. https://twitter.com/Bengals/status/1168524239353339904/photo/1
  19. The Vikings. Gjallarhorn is a type of Norse blowing horn: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gjallarhorn
