When I read that, I thought they had cut Vinny Testaverde, Sr., until I read your post. That website didn't say it was Vinny Testaverde, Jr., and frankly, I didn't realize there was one, lol. I thought he had come back to back up again to his old team or something, similar to Matt Bryant with Atlanta. -

Yep, but the Bills probably feel they can get away with that since no one is likely to grab him..

Not sure. Maybe the Bills are more comfortable paying him a guaranteed salary? Plus, Munnerlyn can look at other teams if he wants and the Bills are willing to risk that.

Except, from the way I understand it, another team can claim him on their 53, then place him on their PS later to stash him.

And they would have to compete with other teams to land Shady.
