  1. Baltimore was 5-0 in the pre-season in 2018 and went on to win the division title that year at 10-6.
  2. 100% agreed. Concussions, CTE, brain injuries, and long-term pain by the players is bad. I don't know what the answer is for the future of the sport. As I said, you are a good person, and I look forward to seeing more of your posts.
  3. Ok, thank you for that. I honestly had no idea it was a banned football practice procedure. So now I can understand why my tweet was removed. You are a good person, and I am too sorry that I posted that now that I know. I am totally clueless when it comes to things like that. I don't even have any nephews or nieces since I am an only child; or even friends with kids, as I am a loner, believe it or not. I will strive to become more aware of those things.
  4. Again, you are quick to judge. You called me disgusting without cause. I had no idea about the ins and outs of practices and what is banned. I have never played football. To me it was just another football video of young kids learning the sport early. I do not have kids. No harm was meant, yet you attack me personally. Judge not, that ye be not judged. So apologize to me, or welcome to my ignore list. Good point. I did not realize that. I do not have kids, so I was unaware of that.
  5. I am not sure I understand. It was a clean hit. The other video I posted here also featured young kids. Why is the video bad? I think you are a little too quick to judge.
  6. Your argument is not valid. Sports like women's basketball and fastpitch softball are basically all female, but that doesn't stop a ton of men from coaching the teams, from travel ball all the way to the pros.
  7. This is a red herring and non-sequitur. What I do is irrelevant to the argument.
  8. How can a company be a successful company when about half the people (women) are excluded? Diversity improves the core of experiences, which leads to better innovation and increased employee comfort and happiness, which in turn, leads to increased employee reduction.. https://theundercoverrecruiter.com/benefits-diversity-workplace/ You are the one who first mentioned the topic by questioning her hiring. You take it there. Fit into the company culture is of importance. Innovation by including people from diverse backgrounds is important.
  9. Because a diverse workplace means a stronger workplace, one where everyone's voice is heard at the table.. There are other reasons to consider, such as fit and diversity.
  10. It matters because it was a diverse hiring and gets another (one of the hew) women in the door is a traditionally-dominated man's field. Even if true, it is not always about the "most qualified" in the way you mean it.
  11. Nice, putting "her" in quotes. That tells all I need to know about you. Bye.
  12. You're the one who made the assertion it was a PC hire. Where is your proof?
  13. The diversity point is that the Bills hired a woman. Period. The Bills won 11 games in 1999.
  14. Well, except with Antonio Brown. And the fact NY has a high income tax rate.
  15. I suspect the answer is no, but I'll throw it out there: Does Andrew Luck make the Hall of Fame based on his current stats? According to @Augie's post of a tweet above: "Luck is ranked 2nd all-time in passing yards per game (275.2) behind only Drew Brees (282.0). He's 84th in all-time passing yards and 68th in passing TDs." [BTW, how do I tag another user, like I tried to above??]
  16. Forgot about that one! Another one! I don't know if he was as significant as Luck, but he was good.
