  1. Hes criticizing you for complaining about a topic you don’t personally don’t like.
  2. Interesting but if you look at his stats his numbers were going downhill before that injury. I am certain injuries played a big role in his decline but there had to have been other factors Funny how you didn’t complain to the guy posting about Forrest Gregggg. #selectivewhining
  3. Heaven forbid someone asks a legit question to a well-informed community. Shame on me Drew’s brother was a terrible GM
  4. Take a break from NFL Draft talk and let’s talk 1980’s football. Some people will have to fill me in here. As a youth I remember reading old NFL books in our school library and seeing a WR on the Eagles called Mike Quick. An extremely interesting name considering his position. That’s like a QB called Johnny Strongarm. I digress.... Anyway by the time I started watching football, Quick was long gone and as a kid I always wondered what happened to him. Recently I came across the name when looking up 99 yard TD scoring plays. I happened to check out Quick’s stats and he put up some huge numbers his first few years. He had the potential to be a top WR of the 1980’s, if not a HOF talent if he kept up the pace of his first 4 seasons. Like a Jerry Rice level talent. But he didn’t - he fell off a cliff big time. I’m wondering what happened with Quick? I know he retired because of knee problems in 1990 but his stats seemed to have hit the wall years before then. 5. I would completely be ok with this. But if he does make it past the Jets at 3, there’s no way the Bucs pass him up. Williams is a pipe dream
  6. It says a lot when Josh Allen’s “#1 WR” was a veteran who other teams aren’t interested in signing through April.
  7. Won’t sign Cory....remember that once when he was a holder for a FG Zane for reason he’s the only one that thought the playcall was a fake. That put him in the dughouse
  8. If you are using record as an indicator of success, where does your favorite GM Doug Whaley rate?
  9. He must have his years mixed up. He has our Josh Allen as the 3rd highest rated prospect. Allen was drafted in 2018....duh!
  10. Good thread. I guess I was born into it living near the Buffalo area. I always had Buffalo Bills stuff as a kid but didn’t really follow until I was, maybe fifth or sixth grade. The Bills were just starting to get good. I remember the first game that made me a fan. It was the Jets and the Bills in 1990. The Bills trailed late but Kelly won the game with a last second TD pass to..... Jaime Mueller of all people!!!!! Thay team would then go on and make one helluva run that saw them win in a lot of crazy ways. This included some huge victories like defeating the undefeated Giants in NY and a huge revenge win against Miami at home to clinch the AFCE. Of course they’d go to the Super Bowl the next four years and that kind of success was all that I knew. Wow what a rude awakening it would be a few years later during the drought! Still a fan to this day
  11. Because there are many cases when it isn’t clear if you listen to the clip out of context. Like this....”Josh Allen of the Bills is leading in Pro Bowl votes.” We have no idea who is being referenced. Like I said, get ready for the phrase “The QB or LB?”
  12. I believe that Beane made reference to this is the interview he’s done over the past 2 weeks. Something along the lines of “if we don’t address a need in the draft, it doesn’t mean we won’t address it later.” I can definitely the Bills bringing in some veterans before training camp
  13. So many names have been thrown around here and now we are seeing some of the mock drafts come out. There’s a lot of players that fans either want or want to avoid like the plague! To be honest, if you would have asked me last year I would have put Josh Allen (the QB from Wyoming....not the LB from Kentucky) on this list. But in the end I’m glad he was my selection. Here are two choices - neither which will be very popular: 1. Eddie Oliver - he is a physical freak, no doubt but I’m not so sure if he’s the 3 technique DT that we need. Does not have the technique nor the size to get a pass rush from the middle. He could transition to DE and have the flexibility that McDermott covets. But I am most concerned about his smaller size and wonder if there are better players for the Bills specific need at DT. 2. DK Metcalf - another physical freak. What concerns me about DK is there were several games where he was quiet and then he’d make a huge catch. The lack of consistency is concerning as is his ability to run routes. He is not running a full route tree and instead just runs fly routes. That’s what he does best. The Bills already have 2 WR’s who could do this in Foster and Brown. Also there have been bigger WR’s like DK who have not translate too well. Like I said I could be wrong but that’s my impression. How about you?
  14. I agree we won’t get him at 9, but if we did there would be a real issue with 2 Josh Allen’s on the same team
  15. Why would you use Jordan Poyer is you were going to photoshop OJ? I’d pick a more visible member of the Bills like Shady
  16. How long before Poyer has to issue an apology for hanging out with Orenthel, and Two Bills Drive is bombarded with hate tweets?
  17. It’s not that simple.... if you are John Murphy or Howard Simon or anyone who doesn’t have the luxury of a visual, how do you distinguish the difference between the two. “great play by Josh Allen.” You no idea which “Josh Allen” they are referring to.
