Hated the holding on the Bengals Center. I cannot stand holding calls between the tackles on running plays as they happen on almost every one. They still got the score, but still a lot of game left... they have done a good job on Kelce so far.

I love our defense, but we have a history of giving up down and long distance, or going into pretty poorly performing prevent defenses. I think those work when you know you can bring pressure against a less mobile QB and force the early throw to keep those completions well short of the sticks, but we give up to many 3rd and longs or 4th and longs. We have a good solid defense, just think they are just a few pieces away from being great... a healthy White playing again at an elite level and Elam coming on would help. Getting a well-rested Von back down the stretch would be gravy too.

Just watching Hill torch a 49ers defense makes it all the more amazing what the Bills D was able to do against a Chiefs offense with Hill, Kelce, and Mahomes on the same team and Andy Reid calling plays.

Miami's offense is just Hill this or Hill that. It is a one man show. If it aint Hill it is Hill creating space for everyone else.

He aint built like Allen so I approve of this reckless approach he is taking.

I am not getting SF offensive play calling. Keep calling things that develop 10 yards deep behind the LOS when Miami is crowding the line. Get under center and run or do play action, but the stuff they are calling is just keeping Miami in the game.

That was a stupid offensive play call by the Niners. Miami is sending extra guys and occasionally the house and they want to try to execute razzle-dazzle behind the LOS. Dumb.

Cinci's #83 (Boyd) has stone hands. Cool Joe could not have dropped that any better into the basket for the TD and "doink".

I was wondering how Miami got outside on that one long gainer play with the wide split DL alignment the 49ers had. Turns out that reach block on the edge was a grab and hold block and the flags flew. Some good things that Frazier can pick up from this game I think defending McDaniel tendencies with different personnel alignments.

With all the guys Miami is sending Purdy just needs to lob a 5 yard pass behind the line and there is a lot of no one back there. Where is Deebo, or is he that hobbled by the quad injury?

49er OL pass pro is not all that. Simple stunts blowing right by them and not handling the 5-man rush or blitz well at all. They should stick with running it more if this is all the time they can give to Purdy.

Use Hill and Waddle to run off the defense and create a 15 yard cushion with safeties trying to keep them in front of them and hit the soft zone in between OR run another receiver underneath the space he creates and try to hit him. It is all predicated on having the speed on the boundary to force defenses to yield all that space.

He looks like a smurf out there, but is listed at 6-1"... maybe he can stretch to that if we have Phillips and Jones step on him Maybe I am just used to seeing Allen out there trucking defenders.
