Mac Jones looking like hot garbage 😂😂😂 Finally in Dolphins territory, half winding down, needs 12 yards and scrambles for 2. You can tell just by his body language that this guy is mentally rattled. I think we witnessed his ceiling last year -
Is this the greatest day ever do be a Bills fan?
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
For a semi-younger fan, the greatest game to me (until they win it all this year) will be the Wildcard slaughter of the Patriots. Nothing even comes close? -
Jordan Phillips is the best DT on this team.
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bro, let’s see him play more than one game and against a better O-Line. Oliver is the more complete DT and I would rather build a defense around him. -
Von Miller played just 35 snaps vs the Rams
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m torn. A guy like Von Miller should see more than 50% of snaps. I believe in keeping your elite players on the field especially during the really important games. I guess it worked out in this case, but I really want him out there at least 75% especially against some of the later games like the Chiefs or Bengals. I guess things like age factor in and getting acclimated to a new team. Hopefully his reps increase a little bit more and I bet he feels the same way. This is my unpopular opinion. -
If you had to pick a upset this weekend, who and why?
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Toyo321's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am gonna go with Vikings over Packers. Vikings skill positions are head & shoulders above anyone the Pack have. Now can Cousins get it to them? I think Rodgers will miss Adams. -
Edit: have people not learned from Cam Newton? I don’t know. If things get hit, they wear down. That is fact. Now how much damage can he actually take? I feel like the Bills can go on a solid 10 year historical run where Allen just does it all and lays his body on the line , but I want the guy to go out like Tom Brady in his 40s. I just don’t think that’s possible with the way he Plays 🤷♂️

I totally agree. At first, I would roll my eyes at the people who said stuff like this, but it is totally concerning now. In Allen 1-2nd seasons, I feel he would run a little to get his head in the game more and set up the pass (if that makes sense?) Now that he is such a dominant thrower he doesn’t need to make reckless plays like that. I feel like even without his running ability Allen would still be a top 5 QB regardless, but that skill really does separate him from everyone else and shows why he’s the best. He can literally do it all. I love that he has that tool in his pocket to use, but it’s simple not sustainable if you want to have a 12+ year QB career.

Honestly, I am more concerned about Cook. 1st NFL carry and he fumbled. I thought he would be featured a lot more, but threw himself in the dog house immediately which is not good in his case. We all know how McD feels about fumble issues.

Is Boston Media finally starting to sour on Bilicheat?
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to muppy's topic in The Stadium Wall
After a heartbreaker in OT against Dallas, the Pats got their **** together and went on quite an impressive 7 game win streak in the middle of the season. And they beat some legit contenders like the Chargers, Browns, Titans, and Bills in the wind game. Everything was firing on all cylinders for them and they were looking like a top 5 team until they imploded and lost 3 out of 4 of their last games. I don’t think it was Flukey at all. If Mac Jones somehow improves on last season, they will easily contend for another Wildcard. I never count them out as long as BB is the coach. Obviously, I hope the whole organization implodes, but it’s not likely. -
Our best player on offense other than Allen. Diggs Diggs Diggs It’s not the most imaginative pick, but it’s the most likely. On defense it has to be the Poyer/Hyde combo. They have the knack for making huge plays when it matters. I expect a game sealing interception by either to end a potential game tying drive giving it back to Josh for the kneel down. I hope I’m right.

It’s not an opinion, it’s a fact.

Yes, when the Bills were still an NFL farm team. Add Antoine Winfield and Pat Williams too. Guys that went on to dominate: had to be around that time period?? I’m too young to remember. You’re right. Even if Peters had stayed, his career would have been largely wasted ala Kyle Williams.

Lol I’m sorry, but the Bills not fessing up and paying this guy proper Left Tackle money is probably the most idiotic move in this Franchises history. 6x All pro, 9x Pro bowler, 2010’s all decade team, Super Bowl champion. Just insane. Who was the GM responsible for this?

I’ve been pounding the table (new phrase I learned from this board) for Buffalo to acquire a “water bug” RB for the past few years. Just not with the #9 overall pick like they did with Spiller. One of my favorite non-Bills players was Darren Sproles. I know Cook & Sproles are not quite the same player, but just imagine how much an offense would benefit from an extra 500-600 receiving yards from the RB position. Suddenly those safety valve passes turn into explosive gains. The question is whether can he be a true workhorse like his brother. He will have to learn pass protection and getting those tough yards between tackles especially at the goal line. He wasn’t really a TD vulture at Georgia. If he becomes part of a good 1-2 punch with Singletary I will be satisfied.

Tre White to PUP list, out first 4 games
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is sad news, but expected. Thank God we have an elite safety tandem to back them up plus an offense that can win shoot outs if needed. -
😂 Tyrod Taylor has way more passing attempts than Peterman. If we’re going by your logic, then Marcus Allen (who has a 6:1 TD/INT ratio) is a better QB than both of them. If you think Peterman holds a candle to Tyrod then you’re trippin.

What is this myth that Cincinatti ended the drought for us? Any AFC game in week 4 had just as much of an effect as the Bal/Cinci one. It was just more dramatic because it happened on Week 17. The bottom line is Buffalo handled business, beat Miami, and won the correct amount of games. As far as the Tyrod thing? We will agree to disagree.

The Bills are on to the regular season!
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I guess it depends on the way they lose. There is a lot hinging on the pass rush. If Stafford is standing there all day picking apart the secondary, that will definitely be cause for concern. It’s a problem they have been trying to fix since McDermott got here.
