This is tough, like being asked to choose between Mickey or Apollo as your boxing trainer. Mickey was real good, tough as hell and didn't mince his words. He also tried to stay healthy, eating fruit during his training sessions. But then Apollo had some new ideas and put more more emphasis on speed (all Mickey had in that regard was some chicken chasing). Hmmm, all said I think I'll go for Apollo as the man could pull off a crop top like no one else

I so, so, so hope Groot continues this in the regular season. AJ too. Imagine this pair causing havoc all season, allowing us to get teams off the field in those 3rd and long situations, or causing more turnovers and letting the offense have some short fields to work with. The offense was deadly last year but if the defense can really step up they could just blow other teams out of the water on a regular basis

He looks kind of lumbering and lethargic

This is great but I always have a little paranoia about kicking ass in the preseason

2 years ago I really wanted to see the offense in preseason. This year I find myself wanting to D to get back on the field

McKenzie is trying to lose his spot on the roster

I like Singletary hitting the holes with more conviction this preseason

AJ with the pressure and forced throwaway. I like it. Hope this line mugs some teams this year

They are the same guy, he just paints one half of his face like Harvey Two Face and switches sides of the mic depending on which guy he's pretending to be

It's funny, earlier I was listening to Chris Simms talking about the rookie QBs and saying how great some of them looked. For some reason I started thinking about Peterman and how good he looked in that preseason game against the Panthers, where I recall he was decisive, accurate, totally in control. First game of the regular season and he looked like *****

Instead of throwing the ball, has he tried hitting it to his receivers with one of these?

It's worrying but don't forget there's an off week between preseason game 3 and the season starting, so he has that extra week to get up to speed (I say this because I just assumed the regular season began the week after due to the 17 week schedule, didn't even check it)
