Jets update: they still suck -
It could be a good thing. Talk about being battle tested early in the season. They've taken a real beating from this defense and still lead 10-0

It is. I think the crowd helps as well. There's a reason so many defenses struggled last season. They rely so much on being pumped up and having the crowd there is really getting them going

Tough to watch so far but strangely I'm not my usual pessimistic self. Steelers have a VERY good defense and it's game 1 so I expect defenses to be ahead of offense right now. I think we'll break through in the second half

This is it. This is what we, the working people, live for. We may not have a lot of money. We may not live in big houses. But for those few hours on Sunday we have football. And in that way we are the richest people on earth. I'd still like a swimming pool though.
