  1. The rpo offense is enough They arent asking Jackson to throw 30+ times or to move the chains with throws to the outside. Wrs on that team are a luxury they dont utilize much and they are still equal to what we have Daboll wants to run a pass first scheme without the talent on the outside to do it. We have the same problem the Patriots do running the same scheme
  2. yeah he tried to catch it with his gut We have a bunch of stomach catchers on this team I hope they go hard after a elite talent in free agency
  3. He for sure looked more like 2018 Josh but the O line also looked more like the 2018 raggedy unit. Getting hit that many times has to rattle any qb. Bottom line is we still dont have a consistent answer from cover 0 blitzes and Daboll continues to call stretches of weird cutesy stuff. Still if John Brown wins off the line and creates some separation we might be singing the praises of Josh Allen . I'm curious how many hits Allen took today Had to be 20-25 That is not a recipe for success or his long term health
  4. Allen took a beating. O line was terrible and Daboll should have made some adjustments. One drive where he ran Singeltary a bunch of times to take advantage of how aggressive the ravens front was . Then more slow downfield routes and Allen getting drilled. I absolutely hate the empty set on early downs especially against a over eager front. At least have the back there to make them think it might be a run.
  5. he's sure handed I question him constantly taking the ball out of the end zone
  6. defense has a lot of draft capital invested they should be miles ahead of the offense
  7. Give the kid a break he also erased a few immediate pressures by escaping and getting rid of the ball He missed on several deep passes early that could have swung the game After that he took a severe beating but hung in there O line sucked and Daboll continues to call endless route combos that take too much time. Also the empty set negates the ability to run draws/screens/swing passes to slow down the pass rush He played poorly but lot of blame to pass around
  8. teams going in the right direction Still hopeful we can manage a playoff win
  9. C'mon you know were going to draft a corner and defensive lineman with those picks
  10. needed more touches Bills need to figure out the screen game Also put him next to Allen on passing downs and have him be the blitz read on swing out more
  11. next year they get a better compliment to Singeltary
  12. watching the Patriots struggle is a nice remedy for the Bills loss today
  13. He's this generations babe ruth Dont you know?
  14. being stubborn He's worth a look Foster isnt doing anything and mcKenzie is useless other than running bubble screens and the jet sweep we seem to have abandoned Nothing else he would be effective in the red zone and on quick tosses inside
  15. oh he saw a lot of them but had no answer I wish Daboll would at least leave a back next to Josh A threat of a draw or swing pass might at least give us some options
  16. He left points on the field for sure. Were running a passing offense that requires good execution and accuracy and today they had neither. I still maintain a good coordinator can manufacture yardage and completions for the qb Given where Allen is right now he needs more help from Daboll and the receivers
  17. Allen took a step back. Pass protection sucked. Daboll veered away from Devin when it was working. On tv I didnt see obvious quick hitters being run to counter the blitz Once again it looked like longer route combinations that take too long under a 6 man rush Plus the drops and typical guys not fighting to the football on routes
  18. Agreed, there are throws a big guy just makes easier. Allen did miss a lot of guys with a halfstep open downfield On the flip side way too many drops again today. Teams will continue to defend the Bills like this till he starts hitting some of those balls. Wish they give Duke a chance
  19. Well a step back game for Josh Allen. O line struggled in protection. Clearly evident we need more/better play makers around Allen. Super frustrating to watch. All that said Allen connects on a few of those missed deep throws and it would have been a different game. The broken coverage to start the second half was a killer much like the Eagles game.
  20. thats where you need that big fast wr to win on the one play and we dont have one
