  1. Is he even a free agent? I thought he was under contract with the Bucs.
  2. All comes back to Tua. Unless they find a good QB, the receivers aren’t scary. Tua needs to turn it on this year if they are to become a real threat.
  3. I might take Adams, Renfrow and Waller.
  4. We should all be thankful they have Tyrod Edwards at QB. The two QBs Tua always reminded me of us Tyrod Taylor and Trent Edwards.
  5. If he lasts to 29 or 30, yes. But if he’s there at 25, maybe he doesn’t last any further.
  6. The first rounder is so late, I’m sure they has to give up all the rest as a consequence of that.
  7. Easily not even close to the best team in their division anymore.
  8. Your never getting a Hill replacement. Cheetah is one of a kind. Good luck to them. WR or CB I’ll be 100% ok with. Need to draft a premium position that gets paid.
  9. I think they are solidly 3rd in that division now, and could easily finish 4th IMO.
  10. Makes me even more glad we got Allen’s extension done when they did. We would be looking at 50+ per year easily.
  11. Meh, I’d almost rather Hill be on the Jets or Dolphins if it comes at the cost of those teams being down 2 first round picks and 28 million in cap space. Hill with Tua or Wilson throwing to him is no where near as dangerous as he was on KC.
  12. I’d think that Adams deal will be the floor. Tyreek doesn’t exactly seem like a nice guy who will be willing to take a penny of a discount.
  13. Amazing, all the great QBs in the AFC and that division doesn’t have one.
  14. One could argue the way to approach the backup QB spot during the super bowl window would be the opposite, draft a young, cheap cost controlled backup to hold the roster spot for the next few years. Figure either way, if Josh goes down your screwed. Might as well put the cheapest body you can at the position and use the cap elsewhere.
  15. That “amazing QB draft” sure showed what I preached all along, no one can accurately project QBs. Might as well throw darts at their names on a board. One of the best QB drafts in ages produced one superstar in Allen, one above average starter in Jackson, one average to below average starter in Mayfield, one below average to bottom tier starter in Darnold and one guy who will be out of the league next year in Rosen. The ironic part of it is, a lot of rankings would have had those QBs flipped pre-draft.
  16. Is he any worse than Mariota at this point😂 What pure garbage Atlanta has at QB now. Not to mention their WRs (I can’t even name one after Ridley is suspended and Gage left) and their defense is nothing to write home about. They might not win a game.
  17. I’ve always been a fan of this guy. He has his warts, but so does everyone who would come at a cheap price like Shenault. I’d definitely be interested for a day 3 pick.
  18. Does this mean the Browns are going to make Baker back up Deshaun?!
  19. We have seen this before in many instances. CTE and social justice comes to mind. The NFL and their teams are far more bark than they are bite. I guess they meant “alleged sexual predator”.
  20. They couldn’t. But they could have told him to report and if he didn’t play, he wouldn’t have been paid. Not sure how many seasons he would be willing to sit out under that threat. Maybe all of them, but Houston could have controlled it a bit. That being said, they clearly just didn’t care. They know they are going to be horrendous for a few years. Having 2+ firsts in each of the next 3 drafts will help.
  21. Houston could have just made him report and play, it’s not like he was a free agent. They definitely didn’t have zero recourse in this matter.
  22. Never, ever underestimate the Browns ability to Brown. In addition, Watson hasn’t played in 2 years, let’s see how he plays.
