Your telling me the local news guy on channel 2 or 4 (if your in Buffalo), is making over 80k a year? Not saying your wrong, I’m just shocked if that’s true. I always felt that was maybe what the head anchors were making. I can’t believe a local news channel shells out that much for a position they could easily replace with the next person out of college who pursued journalism.

Absolutely, horrendous draft IMO. No good QBs and no elite talent anywhere. What a year to have a top 5 pick. What a year to be Detroit. You need a QB and it would be a massive reach to draft one high in this draft. Should make for an entertaining Thursday night though. No way to predict how this one is going to fall.

Especially this one, with his history. Unfortunately he has money and will get nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

Or, like stages of their conflict in Afghanistan. Which goes to the unrealistic expectations of Russia, the media, or both. This is quite the David Vs Goliath fight. But, this is why I always questioned those reports that Russia was expecting victory in a week, three weeks, etc. Ukraine was always going to put up a far larger fight than Afghanistan could, did they not learn from their history?

The only one I’d do this trade for as well. I feel we get more of an impact out of sauce than we do out of Edmunds+25. But I’ve been wrong before.

I’m not sure I agree here. IMO housing is a supply problem that is going to take years to correct. Interest rates rising might push some out of the market, but your not going to see a crash like 2008, or really any crash at all. In fact, what higher interest rates will do is keep people in their houses longer. Someone with a 3% interest rate probably isn’t in a hurry to buy a new house at 5-6%. I really don’t think many people look at their home equity and go “screw it, might as well stop paying and go back to renting”. That seems to be what your crash theory is based upon, people willingly walking away. 2008 was different, people were getting loans they couldn’t afford. They had no choice but to walk away. You will see some slight cooling in the market for sure. You’ll only get a couple bidders instead of ten bidders. You might get asking price instead of 10-20% over. But we are a long, long way away from a housing crash.

Excellent. Directv went right down the drain after the ATT acquisition. I was a happy directv customer until then. Ditched them shortly thereafter and have never regretted it.

I don’t think anyone annoys me more in better call Saul than the Kettlemans. Betsy is unbearable. I don’t understand it though. Are we supposed to believe she truly doesn’t think they stole 2 million dollars as they were stealing it? And now committing tax fraud? I just don’t get why she keeps up the act of being innocent.

If college football wasn’t so large here, these lesser leagues might have slightly more of a chance. But when college football ends up being a better product, there’s almost no chance for a lesser league.

Definitely. A terrible year to have a true need at QB and a bad year to be drafting in the top 3.

Don’t care how much it cost. New York blows my tax dollars on things I care about far, far less than the Bills. They are welcome to take 100% of my income tax and apply it towards this funding.

I think I see what your seeing now Johnson seems to be playing the entire two minute drill while being the worse passer of the two QBs. Perez must be injured. and Birmingham seems to have a bit of a QB problem. Not a good option between the two.

Been impressed by TE Bowman tonight. Has had some nice blocks, a couple catches and a TD.

I’ve been entertained so far. I’m a huge football fan at any level. High school to NFL and anything in between. Glad to have spring football. Interested to see if this league can last more than a year (or less like the AAF did).
