I’m not too shook up. Guy wasn’t going to play until mid season anyways. And who knows if he comes back 100%. -

Was it a great haul? I feel like usually it would cost at least a future 1st to go from 32 all the way to 12. I feel like it’s pretty discounted this year. -

Wtf is the point of having Ekeler and Gonzalez talk for an hour before this damn pick. -

He could have Randy Moss And Calvin Johnson as his WR’s and it wouldn’t matter. Plus that defense is just awful. I’d bet on the Falcons being the worst team in the league next season. -

Atlanta is going to be a joke this year. Worst team in the league. -
They really are, IMO, pure garbage for sports. Pretty much everything. I used to watch sport center religiously 10-15 years ago. I find it unwatchable now. And I think my position on Stephen A Smith is well documented on this board. I cannot stand to see anything with that guy.

The only thing that gives me hope that there might be “two to tango” is teams trying to come back to the late first round and get the 5th year option on a QB prospect. I’m hoping for a trade down tonight.

Especially with the QBs in this division. Luckily they aren’t exactly world beaters.

They do keep mentioning the sandpiper settlement, so that definitely makes sense. Can’t wait to find out what happens to Kim. -

Absolutely. Was hoping Mike was going to go rogue and somehow save Nacho. But then remembered the twins were in BB so no way he snipes them. Then I got sad 😂. Also, I do not get the vendetta against Howard. He isn’t anywhere near the douchebag that Chuck was. Jimmy can’t take personal responsibility for anything so he blames Howard for Chuck’s death? And why is Kim in on the vendetta. I don’t get it. It actually kind of annoys me because it’s been proven that Chuck was the one holding Jimmy back at HHM, not Howard. -

Your telling me the local news guy on channel 2 or 4 (if your in Buffalo), is making over 80k a year? Not saying your wrong, I’m just shocked if that’s true. I always felt that was maybe what the head anchors were making. I can’t believe a local news channel shells out that much for a position they could easily replace with the next person out of college who pursued journalism. -
Can we talk about Tremaine Edmunds?

Absolutely, horrendous draft IMO. No good QBs and no elite talent anywhere. What a year to have a top 5 pick. What a year to be Detroit. You need a QB and it would be a massive reach to draft one high in this draft. Should make for an entertaining Thursday night though. No way to predict how this one is going to fall.

Or, like stages of their conflict in Afghanistan. Which goes to the unrealistic expectations of Russia, the media, or both. This is quite the David Vs Goliath fight. But, this is why I always questioned those reports that Russia was expecting victory in a week, three weeks, etc. Ukraine was always going to put up a far larger fight than Afghanistan could, did they not learn from their history?

I’m not sure I agree here. IMO housing is a supply problem that is going to take years to correct. Interest rates rising might push some out of the market, but your not going to see a crash like 2008, or really any crash at all. In fact, what higher interest rates will do is keep people in their houses longer. Someone with a 3% interest rate probably isn’t in a hurry to buy a new house at 5-6%. I really don’t think many people look at their home equity and go “screw it, might as well stop paying and go back to renting”. That seems to be what your crash theory is based upon, people willingly walking away. 2008 was different, people were getting loans they couldn’t afford. They had no choice but to walk away. You will see some slight cooling in the market for sure. You’ll only get a couple bidders instead of ten bidders. You might get asking price instead of 10-20% over. But we are a long, long way away from a housing crash.
