  1. No he looked better than in his limited time before, he wasn't hitting the whole fast enough. Sometimes there's nothing there but you still need to hit the hole and get the 2-3 yards you can instead of a loss, he did that last night. What was really great was he also looked like a great compliment to what Cook brings, he really laid some hits on guys.
  2. There were a few plays where they had some crazy luck, like I swear Rodgers somehow got away with fitting a pass between a defenders cheeks.
  3. Jets just going to duck tape Roders to hold him together and go all in as the season continues to get away from them. Not seeing much of a long term plan at all.
  4. Yeah he's definitely not consistent and they need to address the problem if they can, but you don't just drop a guy that does make a decent number of his kicks without a plan to replace him.
  5. I loved at the start of the game how they took Josh mentioning he'd had some bad throws that could have been picked to mean that Josh could have had 5-6 picks this season.....like WTF?
  6. Yeah he was good, had been thinking he'd look better in the previous weeks with what he'd get but he be too hesitant. Today even when there wasn't really anything there he'd hit the hole and get the yard or two that was there and that matters.
  7. If the game ends because of that pick it would be a relief, these refs have made this game ***** miserable, a win because of an athletic play would be an amazing twist.
  8. Wow the refs are pissed about that missed FG.
  9. Technically Franklin at least got in position to be able to make a catch.
  10. Flag Coleman interfered with the defensive receiver, I mean maybe the refs just mixed them up because the defender was practically inside him.
  11. I don't get why we're passing out of empty sets when we're running so damn well.
  12. I don't get the thinking after all those runs having an obvious pass with no RB in the backfield.
  13. Hollins was looking left Allen wanted him to be looking right for that ball.
  14. It's the last thing they'll suspect.
  15. It sounds like you need a new dentist.
  16. Committing obvious crime while being on video and easily identified, yeah must be a family trait.
  17. It was like an avalanche of small little misses and mistakes that became what it was. First drive they weren't doing terrible got to midfield and it was 4th and 2 or 3 maybe and we punted. Should have been more aggressive, but that and just all these little dropped passes that or missed opportunities killed the offense. Defense missing so many critical pieces really needs the offense to help motivate them.
  18. Shakir is great, crapping on him because he got dinged a bit and the Ravens sat on(took away the RAC) him all night is a bit much, and Coleman got going as the game went on.
  19. Coleman looked good despite the drop, Allen still looked great and even started to rely on the rookie more as the game went on. Overall I think this was more a case of everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We're missing key pieces on defense and they were able to exploit it explosively before our coaches ever could find a way to scheme up stops with what we have. Our offense which has been playing well despite having so many new pieces was always just one step away from being able to consistently move down the field well. Unfortunately that let the Ravens run up a lead, we had a shot at coming back through a combination of figuring things out and maybe the Ravens tendency to let teams back in but a spectacular "Special" play killed the momentum and the game got away from us. Offense can still get more consistent as the season goes, bad night for Hollins though, defense will get playmakers back and some rookies could step up.
  20. Honestly I knew 4th and 20 would be ridiculous to go for it, but given the game situation I was kind of like what would even be the point of 3pts plus what if he misses.
  21. Yeah you stick with what's working until they stop it. As far as reaction it did feel like Josh came back in pissed and that's also when he started slinging it to Coleman.
  22. It was an exceedingly stupid trick play, everyone knew Josh was getting the ball, if your doing that kind of trick play where you snap it to someone else a more clever trick would be to throw it to the opposite side. Overall still dumb to take it out of his hands. Also not a scheme guy but felt like the Ravens were crowding us up front all game not letting us get much going in the short game so why put Josh in that situation to get lit up. I mean one would hope.
  23. Yes it really sucked losing to the Cardinals.
  24. Weirdly enough this could be the best time for this to happen and against the best AFC team for it to be to. Team getting a little inflated after just wrecking local swamp sports enthusiasts is about to wall to wall bulletin material. Just as they start getting critical pieces back. Also silver lining Keon Coleman showed up in this game to, sure he didn't catch that one but for that drive after the Special Ed play Josh seemed to rely on him.
