Ok … Interesting that the Bills under Ryan went over on the Monday back in 2015 …so I assume they had different advice back then I have no opinion either way as I have no expertise in this area .. I would be keen to read some papers on the subject but like I said… what they do the next time will tell me the story of what has been learnt from this experience
