  1. Lmao. Seems like a solid way to evaluate… cherry pick 1 player drafted in the same round that has some sort of NFL success.
  2. Everyone goes crazy because Mixon went 154 for 4TDs and another 58 and 1 receiving against Carolina Week 9. Which was like 20% of his total production all year 😂
  3. Did you mean home or dome? The Bills NEED to build a dome to protect against severe winter storms that result in driving bans.
  4. He’ll be too expensive unfortunately. I love the talent, but I can’t stand the guy.
  5. Daboll literally had to move up to the booth because he was awful on the sidelines and realized it wasn’t going to work for him or Josh. If you watch Giants games he loses his ***** frequently. Here’s a quote from Derek Anderson around when Daboll moved up to the booth. For years, Anderson tried to convince Daboll to call games from the booth instead of the sideline. In Anderson’s mind, coaching from that perch had multiple benefits. Daboll could see the game unfold, but it also distanced him from the emotionally charged setting down below. “He’s just such a competitor on the sidelines,” Anderson said. “It’s hard for him to kind of take a break in between series and be like ‘OK, that series is over with. This is what we’re going to do next. When he’s in the box he can’t get too caught up in those emotions. It makes the communication easier and then it keeps him away from the chaos a little bit and keeps his head clear.” The irony about this, is he didn’t really feel comfortable about moving up to the booth UNTIL WE HIRED KEN DORSEY. Yes, that’s right. Ken Dorsey spent multiple years on the sideline as the guy to relay information from Daboll and help keep Josh grounded. When the Bills hired quarterbacks coach Ken Dorsey in 2019, Daboll was finally able to relinquish control and move to the booth. And Buffalo’s offense has reaped the rewards. I actually really liked Daboll when he was here, but the rose colored glasses people are wearing with the guy now that he’s gone are weird. https://theathletic.com/2324003/2021/01/15/brian-daboll-bills-coaching/?source=user_shared_article
  6. Yup! No more pretending he’s anything more than a top 3 QB in the league and generational talent that’s on pace to end up in Canton.
  7. You’re right. Expecting you to have points to support your statement was ridiculous of me.
  8. Thanks! Words have definitions for a reason. I apologize for properly using them.
  9. Well you can’t use the word regress and not have data? Winning or losing next weekend isn’t really a good barometer to determine regression or not.
  10. Hold up… let me do your research for you? If you’re going to make a comment like this… at least have some evidence to back it up. Don’t just guess.
  11. Interesting… they’ve been over 60% for 3 seasons. I’m not sure you can argue there’s been any significant regression. 2020 - 61% (12th) 2021 - 66% (1st) 2022 - 60% (9th)
  12. I didn’t say ANYTHING about the Bills. I just commented on a very specific point… “It’s all on Mahomes”
  13. Yeah, nothing to do at all with the best offensive coach in football. His first ballot Hall of Fame TE. That Cheetah guy he had during that stretch.
  14. Ok… but my very first post you responded to was in response to someone saying Lawrence was in “THAT conversation” right now. Yeah, it was a relevant point. A couple weeks of Urban Meyer isn’t going to undo all of the top notch coaching he had received up to that point. It’s not how that works. He was exposed to an environment that was as close to professional football as you can get for his 3 college seasons. He played in enormous games with a tremendous amount of pressure and spotlight for years.
  15. oh my Lord. This all started because you responded to my post… that was in response to another post that said “Lawrence was in THAT conversation.” Meaning Allen/Mahomes/Burrow. 🤦🏻
  16. Bro he played at Clemson with some of the best coaching in the entire world. He played with hundreds of thousands of fans watching on some of the biggest stages ever. Give me a break with your ball washing. He’s a great QB… my point wasn’t that he was bad. It’s the fact that a 4 pick first half would have people screaming Josh is reckless regardless of if he mounted a comeback. He’s had to scratch and claw to get the respect and Lawrence digs himself a huge hole, works out of it (impressive for sure!) but that alone puts him in the same tier as Mahomes? ***** stupid.
  17. I don’t ever really know what to say. You realize Josh accounts for like 85% of our offense? He is the main reason we win every game. Now that we’ve analyzed that, let me go check on the mental toughness of the guy who was rejected from every D1 school out of HS and then rejected by every D1 school but 1 out of JUCO 😂
  18. It’s amazing that Josh is statistically the best playoff QB ever and people love to question whether he’s a top 3 QB or not. Trevor Lawrence throws 4 picks before mounting a comeback in his first playoff game ever and is anointed as being in the same tier as Josh. Make it make sense.
  19. This essentially tells us how they’ll land on MVP voting then too? Not exactly, but close. Mahomes Hurts Allen/Burrow
  20. Matt Milano FIRST TEAM ALL-PRO Stefon Diggs SECOND TEAM ALL-PRO BILLS PLAYERS RECEIVING VOTES First-place votes in parentheses are worth three points, second-place votes worth one. Josh Allen, Buffalo, 15 Stefon Diggs, Buffalo, 74 (13) Matt Milano, Buffalo, 85 (25) Tremaine Edmunds, Buffalo, 2 Jordan Poyer, Buffalo, 25 (5) Tyler Bass, Buffalo, 4 (1) Nyheim Hines, Buffalo, 23 (5) 2022 NFL All-Pro Team Voting | The Seattle Times
  21. Love this from Dion. Especially because of the next section about his GF... I recall a lot of people wanting to rid themselves of Dion because "there's always something mental going on with him and he's not committed" or something stupid as *****. Low and behold his GF was in a coma during Training Camp.
  22. I think McDermott is actually at .639 not .693 Josh's rookie year hurt a little bit... first two games were a mess with Peterman in the mix. Then Josh got hurt and missed a few weeks. Despite all that, they were a Charles Clay dropped touchdown and a Sam Darnold lead-comeback away from being 8-8 lol
  23. Where in God's name are you getting your information from? Buffalo @ Miami 9/25/2022 Injured Players Jordan Poyer OUT Micah Hyde OUT (Placed on IR that week) Dane Jackson OUT Tre'Davious White IR That's 3/5 of our starting secondary when the season opened up (our base D is Nickel) for anyone who is counting. Or 4/5 if you want to include Tre. Active Players Jaquan Johnson and Damar Hamlin played the entire game as our starting safeties (They're both backups) Elam and Taron Johnson played 100% of the defensive snaps (Elam was a backup at this point) Benford started opposite of Elam but BROKE HIS HAND during the game and Ja'Marcus Ingram who was elevated from the practice squad played 56% of the defensive snaps at CB that game (Benford had been playing the majority of the snaps at CB2 through the first two weeks of the season) If you didn't want to include Tre in the initial exercise because he started the season on the IR, then here we can point to the fact that a 4th member of our starting secondary missed the majority of the game anyway when he broke his hand Dolphins Receiving Stats Jaylen Waddle 4 receptions on 6 targets 102 yards receiving (Long of 45) 0 TD Tyreek Hill 2 receptions on 4 targets 33 yards receiving (Long of 22) 0 TD Miami @ Buffalo 12/17/2022 This is where things returned closer to normal. Injured Players Micah Hyde IR Christian Benford IR Active Players Jordan Poyer 100% Damar Hamlin 100% Taron Johnson 100% Tre'Davious White 100% Dane Jackson 53% Kaiir Elam 47% Dolphins Receiving Stats Jaylen Waddle 3 receptions on 7 targets 114 yards receiving (Long of 67) 1 TD Tyreek Hill 9 receptions on 13 targets 69 yards receiving (Long of 20) 1 TD Waddle and Hill Combined Performance in 2022 Games in red are where Teddy Bridgewater played the majority of the snaps and games in green are where Skylar Thompson played the majority of the snaps. Oddly enough we're the only AFCE team to play the Dolphins with Tua twice. Also, probably a coincidence, but our performance was better against Hill/Waddle the second time around. In terms of CTCH% we tied ourselves for the 6th best performance. Patriots and Jets had better weeks, but both times it was without Tua starting. In terms of Y/R we had the 7th best performance (Week 15) and 16th best performance (Week 3). So yeah... they did fairly well when we were missing 4 members of our starting secondary (Week 3) and then it was weird in Week 15... we got 4 members of our starting secondary back and performed much better. Also want to point out their two worst performances of the year were when Skylar Thompson played the majority of the snaps
