If they both are gone then after we restructure Allen and Miller we should have around 20 million to fill the holes and pay the draft class. Beane is going to earn his keep this off season. Going to be some tough decisions but we need to look long term as long as we have Josh.

Being a GM of an NFL Franchise looks like a lot of fun but there is SO much that goes into it. Not only are you a Coaching and Player talent evaluator but you are also one hell of an accountant, a negotiator and a draft board wizard. I would love to be in charge of a draft but honestly the rest of it is for the birds.

If they would use Hines as a pass catcher out of the backfield like he was brought to Buffalo to be, then his cap hit would be justified. I think Singletary is probably gone. We could replace him pretty easily I believe either through FA or the Draft. Cooks will get his shot this coming season to see what he can do.

I mean, if the secondary is going to line up 12 yards off their man they might as well look good doing it 🤷.

I have read that his contract is up. If this is the case I bet McDermott either keeps him on but has more control of the Defense himself or he lets him go and McDermott becomes HC / DC. The first thing McDermott did when he came to Buffalo was to sign Hyde and Poyer and draft White. His style of defense obviously puts a lot of emphasis on safeties and corners. I have to believe he would like them to be more aggressive.

Frazier has to go and Dorsey needs some help.

We have a defensive minded head coach who's defense can't stop anything. What I don't know is how much Control Frazier has. Is the D his baby or does McDermott have Frazier run his system? I think revamping OL and a new D Coordinator that can run their own system is what is needed. I really liked this team and I hate that it ended this way.

I don't post on here that often but I definitely lurk and read a lot. I think we can all agree that it's rare to see such unity when it comes to a certain opinion. Normally after the season ends you always get a thread or 2 about firing this coach or that coach or trading this player or that player. What's unusual is it normally stops or you see rebuttal posts. Yes it hasn't been 24 hrs yet but the majority of us realize something needs to change. Is it the GM, the head coach, the Coordinators, position coach's or players? Lots of opinions but we all seem to agree that major shakeup needs to happen. We finally have Josh Allen here in Buffalo and we can't keep doing this. If Beane truly wants to win a Super Bowl then EVERYTHING is on the table this morning. Good job TBD and I hope we can keep their feet to the fire.

13 seconds. That right there should have been the eye opener. Something is rotten within the coaching ranks. They made 3 horrible decisions in those 13 seconds. They didn't kick the ball short, then they sat back and allowed the chiefs receivers to pickup an easy 20 yard play. Then, they did it again. Who made those decisions? Was it all McDermott or was it all Frazier or possibly both? Now both lines look like my high school team could move them around. Nah man, it's time for some new blood. Maybe it's just Frazier out but everything is on the table. You're describing the Titans of the last 5 years. I really love me some big baller Beane. I hope he sees the light and does what needs to be done here.
