I get what you are saying. I am probably biased towards McDermott having more say in who is drafted. (And obviously, I am a JC fanπ). Especially this draft as he will be taking on PC duties for the D. I think Edmunds was a higher ceiling guy as well (was very good), but, took a while to get there. This time I think they will go more with experience, instincts, better tackling and leadership vs. Potential. More plug and play so to speak. As to resources to JA. Just about the entirety of the offseason was based on offense. If I remember correctly, the only addition to the D was Wrapp at S?π€ Guess we will find out in about 12 hours or so.π Forgot to add, I believe #31 is available. ππ€£

Your one, and only one, draft hot take?

If I was a betting man, I would take the over on that #.π€£ -

First 3 picks will be on Defense. π -
I think there will be some options after the draft. I still like the idea of a Dalton Risner.ππ

I am going to list by picks and not rounds. I have a feeling we will move around the board, but still only end up with 1 extra pick this year. 1. Jack Campbell LB 2. Rashee Rice WR 3. Zack Pickens DT 4. Luke Schoonmaker TE 5. Andrei Losivas WR/ST 6. Andrew Voorhees IOL 7. Jarick Bernard-Converse CB/S

I agree with this. Just seems to me that Beane looks at what happened in the playoffs as a guide to the draft. Loss to KC 3 yrs ago, couldn't get to Mahomes, Draft Edge. Loss to KC again. Couldn't cover Kelce, wr's or get to Mahomes. Get Von, CB'S and a couple of DT'S. Now a Loss to Bengals. Couldn't get pressure, cover wr's and couldn't score on O. π€ Find a way to get pressure for a Mahomes led KC team or find a way to score and pressure against a Burrow led Bengals team.... ohh, the pressure...What does Beane do?π

I'd like to see it as well. Probably one of those car wrecks you'd like to see that has had you stuck in traffic for an hour, but when you get there, it may not be what you really want to see.π€

Am I reading that trade correctly? We moved up from 59 to 41 AND they gave you 147 and 228?π€

Will DeAndre Hopkins be available this offseason?

Don't pull the string, that's how things unravel. π -
Well, you might, could, talk me into one of the other 2 top rated MLB's. Nah, who am I kidding π, Ima stick with my first choice. π

Well, we could take a coverage lb, and see what happens when we face the likes of RB's Stevenson, Jacobs, Pollard, Mostert, Hall and Pacheco this season. Sure hope our DL is up for the task.π

UPDATED - v3.0 (FINAL) on p.13 - Gunner's 2023 Mock Draft
LyndonvilleBill replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks GB. I really enjoy when you do these. I like Hyatt better than the Addison pick in the TSW draft, but I'm still not excited at all by the wr options we may have in the 1st. But I am at least open to it. At least Hyatt has a little more speed to him and a little more length. I am not a college football guy, so I tend to watch videos and read more as the draft season starts. I came across this video below. Is it true about the Art Briles (sp) offense and the wr success when they discuss Hyatt? -
But, but, but, I was told not to base a pick on a RAS score.π

Players you Absolutely Want the Bills to Draft
LyndonvilleBill replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
I get it. Just like Von and OBJ. But, either way, I think the Bills could have more information in house as it relates to Campbell. Don't spoil it for me! I still have 12 days to dream. π
