They were about to go down 24-0, on the road in the playoffs, shortly before halftime in a game they had to kickoff to start the second half. They could have given up. Instead, they kept fighting and managed to keep the game close enough to keep us sweating. Miami gave up. Dallas gave up. Pitt certainly did not.

Also Josh, who trucked a dude on the way to the endzone, is a wimp.

Bills fans were yelling at Allen to slide at that point. Nobody watching thought he was starting a slide. It's Josh, he's not sliding when there isn't a defender anywhere near him. Bad take, and ironic coming from a Chiefs' fan whose QB routinely fake slides/goes out of bounds. You know what? Make it a 15-yard penalty. If enforced fairly and properly it would hurt KC a lot more then Buffalo.

It's staggering. Each injury looks back-breaking, and yet they somehow keep it rolling. Given the sheer number of injuries thus far it's completely unbelievable.

We should have this. All signs point to it. I believe the Bills are the better team, and at home. Five-game winning streak, a big surge to not only make the playoffs, but take the #2 seed. And next week we get Mahomes and KC here, finally. It all looks to be lining up nicely. ...and that's what has me nervous as all hell. It's all lined up too nicely. A loss today would be horribly disappointing.

Admittingly we talk crap about them, the fans. I mean, they're bashing the city and everyone here, not just fans. That's the difference.

Just frustrated people are still equating "fixed" to "scripted" despite my explaining the difference every 2-3 pages here.

Never said either was cool. Just saying it's far, far easier to fix/nudge a game then it is to script it.

Never said there wasn't. Let me say this yet again, slowly, as some people still don't get it. Fixed...is...not...the...same...as...scripted! Fixed is giving teams nudges toward desired outcomes. It's not scripting ahead of time. Nudging is overlooking a blatent PI at the goal line vs. Tampa right in front of your face two years ago forcing an OT that allowed Brady to pull out a win. If people still can't understand the difference between fixed and scripted I don't know what else I can do. Use pictures? Smaller words?

Storylines. Buffalo isn't big market, but Allen is a draw. If we win, we host KC. KC @ BUF = ratings. Ratings = $$$. I wouldn't be surprised if the refs lean a lil our way on Monday. In fact, if Buffalo does win, who's left in the AFC? Well only MVP Lamar, proto-GOAT Mahomes, rookie sensation Stroud and highlight-reel (good and bad) Allen.

As much as I enjoy seeing the Dolphins flail, maybe we should wait on this until we beat the Steelers. If we end up blowing that game this thread will have aged poorly.

See? KC gets the benefit of refball. This is a reason I don't want to play them! We already know what the refs think of "that wasn't a horse-collar" Allen.

Honestly, we're not assured a game with KC. We have to win first. That's not a forgone conclusion. And if we lose, KC gets another 🤬 home playoff game.

Miami's D is doing what it can with the injuries it has. Worse, their O can't stay on the field, so the D is getting gassed. This loss is 100% on Tua and the offense.

KC worries me. I want them out of the playoffs. We're likely ending up in Baltimore if we make the Championship game either way. I don't want to see KC in the Super Bowl again, and they have the experience to win any game. Yes, we can beat them. But if Buffalo has an off game for some reason I like their chances against Houston more then KC.

Tua could have run for that 1st. Just had to put his head down.

I'd rather play Houston. KC has heaps of postseason experience, I don't trust them. And if we play KC, they get an extra two days to prep for us.
