Could have had TJ Hock and not needed to use a early draft pick or free agency.
-
Which was after an 1200 rushing yard and 75 reception season. The $2-3 is all I would pay now. For that he or a similar back is worth it. I prefer that over a 1st round pick.

This is valid if we don’t have Josh Allen. If this was like the 49ers with plug in any qb. When you have the to mvp candidate as qb the bar is much higher. The Bills have underachieved in the eyes of the football world.
-
Who are the top 3 QB's in the league? Which one has not made a super bowl. Lets not give McD too much credit. That is not saying he is bad, but most NFl level coaches would be in the playoffs every year with Allen.

Would make a good tandem with Cook. A strong and big runner with receiving ability.

Leslie Frazier "taking a year off from coaching" per Bills PR
ngbills replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Funny the excuses people make to avoid believing this was Frazier's choice. He was asked to take a demotion, lowball offer, was talking him into retiring, waited for another team that had not even interviewed him to hire him. If that is really the case do you realize how disorganized the front office would be? Let's wait to fire our guy and have no chance to hire a bunch of other good candidates. They took this long to make a decision, wow? They have not even started working on next year anyway. There is no positive spin if this was the actual case. Is it that hard to accept that he either does not want to be here next year or needs a year off? So protective of McD and Beane that people believe ridiculous theories to not tarnish that. -
You can he has some work to do and its a competition. No handouts. Light a fire under the guy. I am hopeful about Davis still. But if you look at the facts - 47 games and only 3 100 yard games. Only 14 of them above even 50. Has 5 rec or more in only 5 games. We see the big games he has and people think he has done more than he actually has. He is more Tyler Boyd than Tee Higgins. We need our version of that.

If the plan was really to let him go to give the job to Holcomb that is even more alarming. -

The talk the last few years of some problems behind the scenes could be true. . -

For the sake of argument. How can we trash Frazier and say they are better off with out him? But then not say the same about McD or Beane? Frazier has been DC of a top-ranked D for multiple years, but that has fallen short. Beane built a contender that has fallen short every year. McD has coached a good team that has lost in the playoffs and in some different ways, both play and coaching. Why do McD and Beane get a pass and Frazier gets no credit? The D is good because McD, but all the bad attributes are due to Frazier? -

I think there could be something to it. Maybe he is not pleased with what he is hearing about offseason plans. -

People seem to forget Frazier has a ton of experience. May not like him but lack of experience should not be your reason. He has much more than Holcomb. More than even McD. -

Frazier upset after being told edmunds and poyer will not be resigned? Doesn’t want a rebuild year on d? -

McD can be def coord. Use the resources to bring in a sr off asst. -
First this is false - the highest tax rate is 10% or so. That is not even close to 50%. And that is before all the accounting tricks to pay much less than that. We all have to pay taxes, millionaires pay less % wise than most because they can afford to use tax strategies Second you sound like a Jacka$$ complaining about paying taxes on a $10M/yr contract. Player salaries have gone up so much that average fans cant even go to games anymore and your complaining about taxes. People buying your jerseys pay them too. And a ton of public resources go to having pro sports so if anyone should pay taxes its you.

No more than $2-3m

Draft OL x 2, WR early. Then go safety, DT, Bpa. Sign Devon Bush and Perryman.

Bills sign S Zayne Anderson to a 2 year deal
ngbills replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Poyer 1000+ snaps before signing Hyde 2500+ snaps before signing Anderson 0 in 2 years Exactly. He is hopefully a low cost special teamer that can possibly get in a snap on D if needed. Best case is he replaces Taiwan Jones role who is strictly ST. -

Do the same for Anderson. How many plays on defense does he have? He has less plays than any of our back up safety. Why would anyone think he is even better than Marlowe or Johnson let alone similar to Hyde and Poyer? That is dream land. I would put my money on a rookie over this guy. -

This is not even close. Poyer and Hyde were starters on nfl rosters for multiple years. This guy is barely a practice squad player. -

I am not mad. Just think its a waste of money. Not a great year to even wasting anything. And after some of the recent decisions this FO has lost some of the grace they had the past few years. -

That would be awesome. I would prefer they utilize the limited resources wisely and don't see him as a necessary spend. The guy 6 years at BYU and 3 years with the Chiefs and done nothing. I would rather have a 21-22 yr old UDFA with better pedigree fight for this roster spot than a 26-yr old that has never done it at any level. -

Or the UDFA pool that pays the minimum salary and has no salary guarantees. When we are up against the cap every dollar matters. So why waste even a cent on a guy that adds no value. -

I am just saying why even waste a penny above league minimum on a guy like this when you can pay the minimum for the same role. -

Jokes aside. UDFA. Essentially no stats with chiefs. 6 years at byu - no sacks, 3 int, 5 pass break ups. Why do we need this guy?
