  1. Probably not a complete list but here are key offseason signings, and some were trades. The approach remains the same on offense if you look at it: 1) Reaches for WR that didn't work out - Benjamin, Matthews, Streater, Kerley, Roberts, Sanders, Crowder, Bolden, Brown (rd 2), Beasley (rd 2). 2) Bargain shopping at OL - many misses and one-year stopgaps. Morse the priciest is the only one that stuck. 3) RB - See OL - Tolbert, Ivory, Breida, Johnson, Gore We still have Morse and a good pick in Dawkins. The rest of the OL could be anyone. The hope is McGovern works out but could wind up like Spain, Williams, Feliciano. At WR it is essentially Diggs and trying to find out who can be #2 and #3. At RB we hope its Cook, or he goes down the road of Singletary being the best we have but always looking for an upgrade. 2017: Hyde, Poyer, Holmes, Dimarco, Hauschka, Hodges, Tolbert, Ducasse, Streater, C Brown, R Davis, P Brown, A Bolden, K Benjamin, J Matthews 2018: Ivory, Bodine, Barkley, D Anderson, J Phillips, R Bush, Murphy, Lotulelei, Stanford, Gaines, V Davis, Newhouse, AJ McCaron, Kerley, T Pryor 2019: Beasley, J Brown, Morse, Spain, Kroft, Gore, Nsekhe, Feliciano, K Johnson, A Roberts, S Long, Waddle 2020: T Jones, Diggs, D Williams, Addison, Jefferson, Butler, Matakevich, Klein, Norman 2021: Trubisky, Breida, Sanders, Powell, Hollister, Hart, Lamp, Haack 2022: Keenum, Johnson, Crowder, Austin, Howard, Quessenberry, Saffold, Van Roten, Miller, Lawson, D Jones, J Phillips, Settle, Hines, Brown (rd 2), Beasley (rd 2)
  2. What would be the reaction to Bills signing OBJ, Wagner, and Elliott?
  3. They will be trading their 1-3 round picks for a combined 12 5-7 rounders. We will be told it’s a great move because we have our best track record w we other late round picks abs they are cap friendly. We can’t afford 1-3 round salaries and pay Allen. This board will go crazy celebrating Beane’s genius and how he is way ahead of the game. Soon every team will be trading all 1-3 rounders to the Chiefs.
  4. This explains the lack of free agents. The plane has been too busy due to trhe tennis tournaments.
  5. Avg means jack. The fact the hit goes up in future years makes spending more now important. Lots of guys have been getting one year or short deals. and some how Mahomes with a bigger contract are still able to add $20m per players.
  6. Who is that player? Our highest is under $20m I believe.
  7. This. Can’t bank on having an elite qb forever. Bills fans should know this. You have to do what it takes to win when you do.
  8. Problem is the contract #'s are coming on low. So if we are offering less then we didn't really want. If we offered same or more why do players not want to come here?
  9. Inner thought. Not sure if I believe this, but… Damar injury changed the mindset of this team and coaching staff. How many times did we hear stuff like this is just a game, there things more important than football, etc. We heard way more of that than win for Damar or similar. So the question is did this team lose an edge? Is the commitment to winning less important than life and family? Diggs has publicly said he is not sure he handled the Damar situation right. He was the one person saying the game must go on. He left the locker room alone in what seemed awkward. Did that cause a divide? Is that the root of issues with the team? Is he questioning the desire to win? Couple this with Kim Pegula. Is the organization as a whole less concerned about winning? Had an awakening that winning us not everything? While all true not great for a fan hoping to have his team win a Super Bowl. Everyone just seems down and without saying it that a Super Bowl is no longer goal 1.
  10. We need a draft like KC had last year.
  11. Reality is we need more than just one LB. Huge upgrade over a guy like Klein and the money was easy, could have even gone two years to get this year hit even lower.
  12. No idea what we are doing. This deal and even the David and Long deals are ones we should have been in on.
  13. Been a rough offseason this far. Hoping there are some moves still to be made. But the sense seems to be we can just this thing back with a lessor team banking on better luck this year. Last year at this point I would not hesitate to put money down on a Bills Super Bowl. Now I am not sure we can win the East, let alone a Super Bowl.
  14. Based on what he has done. I hope I’m wrong, just don’t have a good feeling about this especially if this is our big move at wr.
  15. With a big price tag. Expensive lottery ticket if you ask me.
  16. So are we paying harty more than poyer?
  17. Hopefully Harty is better. We are paying lot more for him than Singletary.
  18. Numbers can be different than impact on the game.
  19. Confusing. It is the stuff that makes you think ego. Wants to do it with the guys he drafted.
  20. Agreed. Johnson is awful. Hamlin was serviceable and a good run defender. Willing to get dirty. In coverage he is lost.
  21. Just being honest. Good person and a great story. I’m talking about realistic expectations of his play. That a problem?
  22. Hello zack moss. Welcome back.
