I keep on having this scenario playing in my head. Where we are picking at #3 and Josh Rosen and Josh Allen are still on the board and the Commissioner says the Bills have taken Josh Rosen but it's the doomsday Moonlight scenario where we actually selected Josh Allen. I can't get this out of my head. I hope Cleveland or NYG takes Josh Allen so I don't have to live through this.

He has two legit concerns. Durability and his mobility in the pocket can be better. Other than that he's a generational talent.

You're comparing a week of practices and an exhibition game to 4 years of excellent game tape. It'll be a transition for Mayfield to adjust to playing under center but I don't see it as a huge issue. Meanwhile Josh Allen routinely misses routine passes in the flat.
