If you filed electronically, provided bank info, and there isn't a matching issue between the withholding you claimed and IRS records, you should have your refund within 3 weeks. In most cases you should have it within two. For those who had to wait a while, was there a Recovery Rebate Credit claimed on your return? That is new this year and could cause delays.

Ok you went from losing the argument to not even worth talking too. Did you read the post you quoted. "He makes it very clear he is not going to follow any protocols, which means he will spend the season getting fined and suspended. If he's not going to be available to play, why deal with the distraction?" I have said multiple times in this thread, as have others, that it's not about vaccination, it's him stating that he is going to completely ignore protocols, which will without a doubt lead to fines, suspensions, and be a huge distraction to the team. A for effort?

You specifically said that in the case of Cole Beasley, "lawsuits will follow". How the heck is your question relevant, at all? Regarding the NFL and Covid protocols, which I thought was the topic, there is no debate regarding lawsuits. When the Bills start asking players their abortion history we can start a new thread to discuss.

Good luck with that! Employers have every right so set protocols for unvaccinated people. It's being done all over the country. NFL is no different. Employees have every right to voluntarily provide proof of vaccination to avoid said protocols. If they don't provide vaccination, and they refuse to follow protocols that are set, which Cole is insisting he will do, you think he can sue if he gets shown the door? This is the real world, that's not how things work.

He is publicly stating that he will be completely disregarding covid protocols. Meaning he will likely be spending the whole season getting fined/suspended, while being a huge distraction to the team. I don't see any reason to keep him if that's the case, and I can't see the Bills having any issues. If you don't want to spend 5 minutes getting a vaccine, follow protocols. If you refuse to follow protocols then get lost.

There is a protocol thread where Cole is being discussed but he probably deserves his own thread at this point. Im getting pretty dang close to rooting for the Bills to cut him. I was already thinking he's a candidate to get cut next off-season, might as well just do it now and let some of the young guys get some playing time. He makes it very clear he is not going to follow any protocols, which means he will spend the season getting fined and suspended. If he's not going to be available to play, why deal with the distraction?
