A 21 page thread debating Bills vs Browns, in May?! Bills fans really are insecure.

No CB in Draft? — No Problem or No, Problem?
Process replied to RJ (not THAT RJ)'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
McDermott clearly values the #2 CB spot way less than we do on here. I still think we being in a vet. Sherman is a clear fit for this defense. But wouldn't be surprised at all to see us go with what we have. -

What am I missing here? Why would we trade anything for this guy? -
Is Jerry Hughes a future Wall of Famer?
Process replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nah Maybe if he sticks around for another couple years, has a big role in a SB etc -
Carolina killed it, they are too low on that list.

I don't understand all this "on paper" talk with the Browns. Are people just ignoring that they were 11-5 last season? In a year where they lost their #1 WR. And one of their losses was a game they were forced to play without any WRs because of Covid. They beat the Titans, who beat the crap out of us, and played the Chiefs way tougher then we did. They were already a really good team last year, it's not like they were garbage and just signed a bunch of guys this offseason. There was biggest weakness last year was their pass defense. This was partly due to injuries and opt outs. Between getting guys back and offseason additions, they will be much better on D this year. It's definitely close between the two teams. I would expect all Bills fans to think Bills have the edge, and for Browns fans to think they do. Despite the Ravens being the betting favorites in their division, I think the Browns are the best team in the North. I would actually put the Chiefs, Browns and Bills in their own tier at the top of the conference. As far as the order, it's close enough where it's not even worth debating really. I wish we played them this year, I think it would be a great matchup.

Did you watch the AFCCG? To be fair, the chiefs would have smoked us even with Henne playing the entire game.

Bills 2021 Draft - Overall Assessment
Process replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hope this is just talk and we are not really going to keep Addison. What the heck is the plan, to rotate 6 DEs? And spend 3 high draft picks on DEs in two years just to have them play 20-25% of snaps? Cut the fat and move on. Let these young guns get some meaningful playing time. Hughes and even the guy we signed from CAR are enough of a vet presence. -

I should add, singing Sherman and/or trading for Ertz would make me feel better about what they did in the draft. -

C+ Don't love double dipping at DE and OT and not addressing another needs like WR CB and DT until the later rounds. At the end of the day we added to the lines, which is never a bad thing, so I don't hate it. But between FA and the draft, the Chiefs, Browns, Dolphins, Jets and Patriots all made moves that will make them significantly better in 2021. The Bills did not. This year was about trenches, next year we will really need to add some playmakers on offense and in the secondary.- 403 replies

RD 6, Pick 28 (212): Damar Hamlin, S (Pitt)
Process replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They clearly like Jackson but I'd be shocked if we don't sign a vet before the season to at least compete for the starting job and add depth. I really think Sherman ends up on the Bills. Can use the money we save from cutting Addison. -

He looks faster than 4.45 from the highlights I've seen. -
2021 NFL Draft Day 3 Talk Official Thread
Process replied to The Jokeman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know it's the 5th round, but another OT makes 0 sense. Feels like we just threw away a draft pick. At least we don't have to worry about our 2023 starting and back up RTs. -
Yea, not the ideal height for a TE. Doesn't matter now.

Why is Jordan falling, wasnt he projected to go 3rd round? What are the knocks on him?

Yea, it's disappointing we didnt add another playmaker on offense. Need one badly. Really wish we went Fuller instead of Sanders. -

No excuses for Sam. Moore Anderson Marshall McCaffrey is a real nice offense. -
DT or WR.

RD 2, Pick 29 (61): Boogie Basham, DE (Wake Forest)

I mean at this point should we just say F it and go DT in the third? Cut Butler and Addison to create some cap space. Fills the needs at CB and TE with Sherman and Ertz? Don't hate it.
