So last year we spent a third round pick on a backup for Milano, and we follow with a third round pick this year on a backup to the backup to Milano?

Well this pick was an absolute joke than. Bernard 2.0. What are we doing?

If this guy can't play MLB then we just threw another third round pick in the garbage. We already have 40 special team linebackers on the roster.

Two years in a row we reach for an undersized lb in round 3. I like our first two picks a lot more this year than last, so not going to complain. Is this a guy that can actually compete for a starting job?

Simpson Downs and Hyatt all still available. Wow. Would love to see a trade up if they fall a bit more. You get one of those guys and this draft is a real home run.

In hindsight seeing how the draft played out I would have gone Harrison in the first and Washington in the second, or Hyatt or Downs round 2, because OT is a bigger need. But we nailed it regardless. Beane finally got the message last season. Need to keep stacking the offense around Josh. No more defense. I was sure we were going LB there.

If Simpson and Hyatt are there I think it will be one of those two

If the Bills do absolutely nothing the rest of off-season, they would be one of the best offenses in the NFL, lol. At this point, I'm out on Hopkins. With the pieces we have, a good RT would be significantly more valuable to this team than Hopkins.

If the season started tomorrow, the offense is already significantly better than last year. We have upgraded LG, Slot WR, WR5, RB and "TE2". Added speed, added a potentially elite weapon. I really like what Beane has done. It wasn't a great FA/draft for teams needing a starting WR. So I am good adding Kinclaid and waiting until next year. To me though, replacing Brown was a must, not a luxury. Doesn't matter who is running routes if Josh is running for his life. Maybe it's coming in round 2. But if we are running it back with Brown, I hope he proves Beane right.

Pats and Bills got great value I agree. Jets not getting an OT or WR is a win for the rest of the AFCE. Lions biggest loser by far. Mind boggling use of two prime picks.

Harrison. We have a massive hole at RT. But adding an offensive weapon is the next best thing.

I've changed my tune on this pick. At the end of the day we needed more weapons for Josh, and he was the best offensive weapon available. I would have much rather seen them go with Harrison and get the o line shored up. But can't be mad at this pick. It's all on Dorsey and Josh. They didn't utilize Knox nearly as much as they should have last year. Now they have two TEs to feed. They need to figure it out.

A lot of pressure on Dorsey now. He must evolve.
