Vander Esch, after Smith, might be the best player for MIKE in our defense. But with the trade up, we won't be able to get those guys. I think we wind up signing someone who is released over the next few weeks.

In free agency there isn't much going on. Tahir Whitehead is still out there I believe. I still honestly take a flyer on Brian Cushing or even a guy like Lawrence Timmons. Other than that I think we have to wait to see who gets released over the next couple of weeks.

Beane's whole entire stay here is going to be judged on him finding the long term quarterback. He has to get this right. He's going to trade up and take whoever he thinks is the best guy. I think it's going be Rosen or Darnold.

I think it is a bit circumstantial. They gave him too much money and the quarterback play the last couple of years has been pretty awful. Might be worth a bounceback type of shot. In a perfect world you work a trade for Martavis Bryant

I have to disagree. I think we haven't seen the best of Shaq. I think playing for Rex and getting hurt didn't help. I expect him to bounce back this year. If not, I'm sure he will be out.

Markus Wheaton just cut from the Bears could be a nice fit. 4.45 forty. I'm waiting for Allen Hurns to be cut as well as he has speed and size. . Both nice fits imo.

McDermott also rotated guys in Carolina. Greg Hardy, Mario Addison, Charles Johnson, Kony Ealy...need multiple ends Ther was waaaay too much Yarbourough and Cap Capi at times during the year. Also when you really need a sack you can go Hughes-Kyle-Shaq-Murphy

I'm not trying to be a jerk I just shut down when I see Rudolph being listed as a first round possibility. There contingency is probably Nate Peterman honestly. I think they know they can get into the top three otherwise the would not leave things the way they are.

Honestly Rodgers, Brees, and Wilson are the only guys on that list who are successes. The rest I would consider journeymen. I mean I don't want Brian Hoyer with a top Five pick.

Maybe we just don’t like Foles. He was a free agent last season and could have been had for nothing. He was an obvious fit with David Culley here and the McDermott-Reid connection. Maybe our opinion on him has not changed just becuase he won a Super Bowl. I like the patince we are excercising. It’s obvious to pretty much everyone that we are trading up. So just wait out the market. There should be absolutely zero sense of urgency right now.
