  1. I love that we're playing them at home on a mini-bye
  2. The biggest question I have after two weeks -- is the OLine significantly better this year with Edwards at RG and McGovern at C? I think it's too early to tell, because the Cards and Fins are weak up front. But it looks like it has a chance to be better. The upcoming matchup with the Jags will prove to be a much better measuring stick for the OLine. Glad that games at home and not at Tottnum, or down in Duvall.
  3. I think Spector played pretty well at the end of last season, it was a shame he got her in the playoff game against Pitt... But I think he'll be fine at Mike until TB gets back.
  4. Have you asked her to shut her Maas up?
  5. Never pass up the chance for the defensive TO!
  6. They don't want to give us the ball back this half.
  7. I'm thinking the same thing. It's like he's made up his mind to be a bit more conservative in his decision making. Maybe taking a few more punts is a good trade off for fewer INTs.
  8. That's up there with these gems. Those socks -
  9. It's always a good idea to start yelling at cops when you get pulled over for speeding and then refuse to roll your tinted window down. Only good things can.
  10. Diggs was well behind the sticks. I wanted Josh to throw it to him, but we don't know if the trailing db would have come up and made an immediate tackle for a short gain... What I didn't like is that on the next play he had Shakir 1v1 at the sticks and never looked his way. I thought that was a missed opportunity to manipulate the db inside and hit Shakir for the 1st down on the side line, with the poss ability for Shakir to turn it up field for a bigger gain... But the idea that Josh didn't show up in the playoffs is ridiculous. He's had 1320 yards and 10 TD's in four playoff losses since Diggs arrived. Diggs had 197 yards and 1 TD in those same 4 playoff losses.
  11. The Fins are going to do a bunch of different things in defense. It's going to be on Josh to recognize what's available each play.
  12. I'm thinking Allen Robinson in his younger years.
  13. And it turns out, the little girl that was her was bused a whole 2.5 miles from her parents home in Berkely, Ca to her elementary school 10 mins down the road.
  14. And back to the WR thread... Mack Hollins looks more dynamic than Gabe Davis. The way he exploded across the face of the defender to catch the TD on the slant was something I don't think Gabe would have succeeded on... At the very least, Mack is a vast improvement to Trent Sherfield. It was a crime that Sheffield was on the field during crunch time in the playoffs last year... MVS is definitely faster than Gabe, and as the season goes on I think he will ramp up his deep threat targets. And Coleman looked pretty solid on the outside. So one thing that can be said about the Bills outside wr's, they have gotten bigger with Coleman 6'3" 213, Hollins 6'4" 220 and MVS 6'4" 205... Beasley was 5'8" 174 Jon Brown was 5'10 178, McKitrick was 5'7" 174.... Now our two slot/ z wr's are 6' 195 and 5'11" 201... It's big boy football this season. And with the cap space next year, we need to add a dynamic playmaker...
  15. Worthy is an explosive complementary piece for the Chiefs. And the Chiefs are a bit rare in that they generate a ton of production from receivers 6-12 on their roster (TE's and RB's included). So to give them a guy that can take it to the house on any given play is a big deal. But Worthy will probably never be a top 3 target for them, simply due to durability. I don't think he can sustain more than 50 touches a season... We shall see...
  16. He always produces, in September.
  17. Should have scored 42
  18. I remember saying "it's 4th down!" And then they set it to 2nd & 10. I thought I must have been confused. But I just watched again, the Cards had 6 plays to get a 1st down without a penalty being called.
  19. This KO rule takes a major strength of Bass away. No matter how long he hangs the ball up there, the coverage team can't move until it's caught.
  20. Let's call that first drive his preseason.
  21. Hollins > Sherfield
  22. Hopefully a vet move to slow their momentum
  23. He'll go for 200 yards and 2TD's with the amped up adrenaline
  24. He's been somewhat more productive in his career than Cole Beasley was prior to coming to Buffalo. So I think he could put in legitimate #2 stats... 70-80 receptions for 800-900 yards. The big question on the season, can Kincaid break 100 catches for 1,200+ yards? If so they Bills have a legit #1 and #2 receiver.
