    It's like McDermott coaches his secondary players not to take their eyes off of the receivers. So they never actually look for the ball when it's in the air.

    With 2nd & 5 at the 7 yard line and three TO's, it's inexcusable not to run the ball. Almost disaster ensues. And then Josh waves the magic wand... But that play should have been a run.

    Almost every throw the first three games was a touch pass. He's been throwing mostly fast balls since the Ravens game.
