    I just figured out today that the new DC for the Detroit Lions replacing Aaron Glenn is not just a guy named Kelvin Sheppard, it's OUR Kelvin Sheppard.

    Sometimes you trade an AJ Brown and end up with a Treylon Burks. Other times you trade a Stefan Diggs and end up with a Justin Jefferson. You just never know.

    If he requires top tier QB play then by definition, he's not a superstar. A superstar tight end would elevate the play of his QB. He's had 4 years in the league already. His rookie year was pretty good. After that he looks a lot like a Kincaid type player, frankly.

    Only if Shakir takes a 1/2 step forward (~90 catches, 1100 yards) and Coleman takes a large step forward (~65 catches, 1000 yards, 10 TD's). Something like that.

    That's a good point. I guess I am envisioning the average viewer (and most numerous group) to be casual football fans who are more interested in the human-interest angles as opposed to the true football stuff.

    The defense being played in the NBA playoffs is ferocious, almost dangerously so. It's been that way for a while now.
