  1. I've been saying it since they traded Tyrod to the Browns and the Browns GM said he would listen to offers for the pick. I'm convinced #1 is in the bag. The argument the Browns have to take a QB at #1 is weak. History is on my side. Browns have been trading out in the past. The Browns are good at losing and getting high picks and that's all they proven. They didn't win a single game last year and people think it's a well run football team just because they have #1 and #4.

  3. I filled the ? for you. I would hate to think we traded Tyrod for a 3rd if they didn't seriously think they could find an upgrade. I can't imagine how bad that will look if Tyrod lights it up and who ever we start is worse. That will be very telling. If that happens I will kinda lose serious faith in the GM and HC. Imagine the media bashing that will come with that. How good Tyrod looks for the Browns will effect how the Bills look for shipping him for a pick.
  4. I think your heart in the right place. I think you are drawing similarities in your life to Johnny's life. As far as addiction and recovery goes, obviously you root for a person to recover. I think that is the place the similarities end. At one point he was a high draft pick in the NFL. Kudos to him for that because that in itself is an incredible achievement that not many people will achieve. So why didn't he take the CFL route to prove that he has changed and fully focused on football? It was rumored the contract was out there and he turned it down. It has a feeling of a guy that feels he is entitled to an NFL job. I don't think he is entilted to a job in the NFL. It isn't because he had a drinking problem. I think he doesn't deserve a shot because he skipped the CFL route and placing all his hopes into showing up at a PRO day and being seen. That doesn't sound like a guy with the attitude of doing everything and anything to prove he's serious about the job. That sounds like a guy with a big ego that wants to skip past building his reputation up because he's still living in the past. I was drafted I should be able to walk right back in the NFL. I think you and Johnny are not realizing that the CFL would be him picking up the pieces and getting it together. It's a QB starved league. He's betting on a teams desperation instead of a team scouting him in the CFL reformed playing well and worthy of another try in the NFL. So instead of seeing a season of proof the guy is on track in the CFL to change my mind. I only see him show up for one pro day.
  5. Well I can't argue with that. It wouldn't upset me if that's how it end up.
  6. It also could be that they wanted to but couldn't. So if it doesn't happen I won't just assume it was because they didn't try like most people will.
  7. I didn't see him say anything about any protest in the comment you quoted. I need clarification about what protest this guy was in and was arrested. I also didn't see the term "black guy" in his comments at all. Please direct me to where he was specifically pointing that out. Everyone is not racist and not everything has to go down that road. A person can be equally disguested at anybody reportedly beating on somebody's grandma. I'm not in denial about racism. I've seen it. I know it exists. I just don't think it helps the cause turning every stone over looking for it. It's not good for mental health. I want to be able to comment on something without alternative agendas being forced on me. Thank you for you time. P.S. http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-procedure/what-is-an-indictment.html Says you need a grand jury and some evidence for one of those.
  8. I can understand being young and dumb. I can't understand being young and dumb till the point your an adult pissing away a golden opportunity to be a legend and to line your pockets doing the thing you love after getting into the NFL. That he hasn't done anything but slick talk to earn a second chance. I can understand being young and dumb and losing your first job at McDonald's at 16. This dude was past his college years and into his adult life in the NFL. Pressure is what turns coal into diamonds. If he couldn't handle the pressure back then he probably can't handle it now. I think people are just saying the guy did have a pretty good opportunity already being drafted into the NFL. Now Johnny is on the outside looking in talking about his cloud 9 and 39 dreams. He wants to take two step forwards after taking a step back. If you can drink your probably 21 and considered an adult then! You can drive! It's probably time to be an adult because by then your actions have consequences. I can show pictures of gravestones of young and dumb people I knew. It's not always a laugh it off situation.
  9. Closet Browns fans. You want to make the switch do it now.
  10. Don't just assume we could not afford it. It might just be that the GM disagrees with you and went in a different direction. I like EJ Gaines but I also trust that if the team moved on then there were reasons beyond just money. They moved on from a lot of guys that the fans didn't want to see gone. It didn't hurt the team. I'm not worried.
  11. People are in love with the Browns picks. They are turning into green eyed Browns monsters I tell you!! Look at these picks omg #1 and #4 Superbowl Brownies!!!
  12. Ok I got you guys on record for saying the Browns are going to have a better record next season than the Bills. I disagree that they will be a better team but I will wait until it plays out before I get my laughs in. I think your just in love with the draft picks they have so I can forgive you. Going from winless to 500 is a leap of faith in my opinion. I'll take the guys that can strip a team for rescource and still make the playoffs over the guys that dump all these high picks into thier team and not win a single game every day 24/7. Those picks they have don't fool me.
  13. That's like telling people to not speed when running late to work. Quarter Backs are in demand right now. The fish probably shouldn't bring in Brock. It's happening for a reason.
  14. Definitely. Seriously speaking, probably out of line as well. I have him unfairly pinned as the guy that does something stupid and flaming out based on nothing other then the look in his eyes.
  15. ***Hot take alert*** I think Mayfield ends up in a very scandalous situation with some friends involving a hotel room and some random girl. **"Hot take alert***
  16. Well I don't really following college ball, I usually bow down and out of the conversation about who would be best to draft. I'm definitely ready to embrace the draft. I only ask because I see at least what I think is a majority in favor of Rosen. I was only wondering if it's because they want him most or just the most out of what they think is available.
  17. I don't know plan A or plan B as far as the draft goes. I can tell you that I think it looks like the bills are positioning to make a jump. If what I think is right then it's foolish to make moving up plan A if you don't at least feel very strongly that you have a trade partner. Ill ask you this. Would you make moving up in the draft plan A if you really thought no one will trade with you? If you don't think anybody will trade with you then don't put it in the plans at all. Then plan B to just sit tight and work the draft is actually plan A.
  18. It seems like he is a favorite on this message board. I really don't have much of an idea about these guys so I side with a majority on Rosen. Just answer me this. Is Rosen the favorite here because people think Darnold will go #1 and we have no shot at him?
  19. Look I know of another Rudolph that wasn't thought highly of. He was made fun of and never taken seriously as some one who was good enough to make the team. They wouldn't let him play in any reign deer games. Then one foggy Christmas Eve...... I hope they draft this guy for the sole purpose of me comparing him to a fictional reign deer. I never get tired of posting that story.
  20. I didn't see the entire thing but he does slip up when talking golf and then tennis. He says course instead of court but then corrects himself. It probably is a little bit nerve racking being interviewed on t.v.
  21. Sure waste my mobile data using the first few minutes talking golf. I didn't go through the whole interview but I think he did alright.
  22. I don't really know what I am talking about. It looks like on a few of the passes the WR has to adjust his running speed to catch the passes with a slight pause until the ball hits his hands. One time the wr adjust his speed a bit faster to catch up to the ball. I'm not saying it isn't normal or anything because I don't really know what I would be looking for as couch scout. Just wondering what people think. It didn't look like a natural flow the entire time. The best looking throws is when the camera pans away from Johnny.
  23. So your saying that the team should not have made the playoffs for better picks to have a chance to get into the playoffs? Twilight Zone de do de do.
  24. Remember I was your first reputation point. No one can take that away from me. I own it.
  25. Honestly I was dissapointed in him at first. Not the best way to represent Buffalo Bills. The charges dropped and I am over it. Remember Zay, some where out there some little Bills fan believes in you I think. Don't let that kid down.
