well, not necessarily. Aren’t there a lot of things that they can improve on over the original Rich Stadium that they couldn’t do with a mere renovation to the existing structure? (Not having the effects of the wind amplified for one).

It takes me about 20 minutes (maybe less) to speedwalk back to my car after the game. I always park at a house on Big Tree right near Queens Place. In 2019 it was $15.
I’m pretty sure that from stadium lots it would take you more than 20 minutes to get that far. But, I could be wrong.
