Everyone will compare Rosen to Allen for years to come whether good or bad. But the reality is it should be comparing Allen and Mahomes or Allen and Watson long term. I know Beane wasn't there yet. Mcdermont was though.The bills passed on two qbs and got a great corner and picks with the intentions of building draft capital for this class. Looking at the big picture as far as picks and players the combo of White ,Edmunds, and Allen compared to Mahomes/Watson and 21st pick . That is gonna be the point we all look back on and decide if we made the right choices.When all is said and done we could have hit and be set for the next decade on three very important positions. Time will tell but the bills made a decision and picked one of the top four of this class like they set out to do last year. Not necessarily the choice I would have made but i am glad they knew who they wanted and did it. Whether that group of players ends up better then what we could have had last year and with this years pick who knows.

I have to admit i was hoping we would sit back a couple more picks and get up for Rosen before miami but after really looking into Allen and watching his pro day and videos like this. I am excited to see how this pans out. Then to get Edmunds on top of it all was just crazy. If these two hit this could be the biggest bills draft i can ever remember.

Until the last couple years with Philadelphia and St.louis at the time and this year with the jets. I dont remember any teams moving up before the draft starts. It's usually when a teams on the clock.

Haha yea no kidding. Well they already gave up 3 second rd picks to move up 3 spots so whats a few 3rds to move up 1 more lol? I dont buy the whole jets want Mayfield thing i think they want the same as the bills Rosen/Darnold. This is the draft that is gonna decide the Afc east for years to come i think.All 4 teams in the division could draft a hopeful qb of the future this year.

Well the bears gave up a 3rd and 4th last year and a 3rd this year for that same move. I would expect the price to be even higher this year with all the qbs.But that price is quite affordable being that all the qbs minus allen are on the board. the jets to 2 then the giants trading down again to all the rest of the qb needy teams desperate now cause 2/4 are gone. They could end up with a ton of picks.

If cleveland takes Allen. i could see the jets doing what the bears did last year and swapping the giants. If the giants are not gonna take a qb why wouldnt they do it? take the extra picks for the same player. The jets would cut any teams off from attempting to jump them for a qb. I really hope that doesnt happen but i think its a real possibility.

it is odd that we would pass on Watson and mahomes considering they were both on the board and then only try to trade the pick we received for the trade and a boatload of others to try to move up for another unproven? we need a qb of the future and its been long overdue for over a decade I just don't get why we didn't take are shot last year.

I think theyre only going to keep one. Remember they kept 4 qbs on the roster this year which is very unusual. The undrafted rookie they got this year must be doing very good things behind closed doors. And they were worried someone would sign him. The last time 4 qbs were kept on a roster that guy was tom brady. Not saying this guys gonna turn into anything close to that. But the vikings think very highly of him and dont think they will ikvest in keeping two of the top three guys.

Aj mccaron? He finds out if hes a ufa in early february. Dont know much about him. But he could possibly be a young free agent qb nexr month. .

Man oh man!! Just so much emotion. I had a few friends over last night and just went crazy after the bengals game. I think some of the girls that were here thought i had lost my mind . It just meant so much to me. I have been a diehard for 28 years!! But today watching the players and other fans videos in that moment just seems to get me emotional everytime. We have shared so much heartache for so many years. I dont think anyone understands it (truly understands it) unless they are bills fans. I had to stop watching them my wife will probably start wondering why the hell i keep tearing up lol. Im usualy the one busting on her for crying during sad movies. Im not an emotional guy but to see other bills fans in that moment is priceless!! So proud to be a bills fan today!!!

Yea it really makes you wonder. As productive he has been with a top team how he couldnt even make it onto our roster who is weak at linebacker!! I would not be surprised one bit if brandon reily is the next to be picked up from another team and shine.

I heard the segment today as well along with the benoit clip. It sums it up perfectly what we as bills fans have seen throughout the years. So many times was sammy or others open and never given a chance. Bottom line was Taylor wasnt the answer and now we can see if Peterman has potential or if we need to go all in for a qb early. If Peterman doesnt show much it will equal losses which equals higher draft position . Its just tough for our fan base being this year the AFC is so bad and we are right in the thick of things. But long term i think this needed to be done.

Between the missed tackles and penalties i jist wanna explode!! So infuriating to watch this team implode after good starts over the years
